Project Justification

This project will help in implementing change management in order to complete project with deadline.  There have been various cases in which projects are not completed within deadline. Therefore, several organizations have been losing their projects from clients due to late delivery. The brand value of organizations have been decreasing due to poor quality of project deliverable.  This problem will be minimized by organizing this project. This project will help in focusing on different factors including external and internal factors that create problems in the project.

The scope of the project is to implement change management in the project management. A change management has been a process that helps in defining steps used for identifying and modifying changes in the project. The scope pf this project include deliverables, objectives, functions and several tasks to be done in the project. The project scope focuses on implementing change management process in the projects for completing them within deadline.  The change include both external and internal factors in the project. It ensures that the project will be completed within deadline and budget allocated. All the efforts done will help in development of organization. The scope of this project will also encourage changes in policies for strategic management of the project.

The objectives of the project has been depended on the development of changes in the organizations for making efficient projects within deadline.

There are various criteria for acceptance of the project mentioned below:

Efficient and prompt handling of changes: This refers to providing value and justifying change management process.

Change handling meet processes: There should be timely and successful change implementations without any unanticipated change related to incidents and customer satisfaction.

Various tools supporting and change management process: As the process is established, various tools might be supporting and not hinder the progress of process outcomes.

Management commitment to change management: Leadership has been playing a key role in setting attitude, culture and behavior of organizational behavior for achieving desired outcomes.

Exclusions are those things that are outside of the project boundaries. This project does not include the name of the organization as this project has been applicable to all type of organizations. The impact of changes in the organization after the project has not been included in the scope of the project. There has no development of decision model included in the project.

The constraints of the project include availability of funding for the project. The resource allocation system has been included in the project. A proper budget allocation for resources have been include. The time frame has been maintained in the project for completing to within deadline.  The involvement of higher authority of management has been present in this project. The project has been following all ethical consideration in the process. The involvement of stakeholders have been included in the project. Change management activities required for the implementation of course scheduling policies and procedures.

There are various assumptions included in the project including the size of the organizations. It has been assumed that the size of the organization has been medium to large companies.  Therefore, the change management in those companies can be done properly.  The change in the organization operations have been assumed to be in a positive manner.
