The fairy godmother is an Ayurvedic physician in her normal day life. She helps people to overcome their diseases; her whole day is spent treating people and making ayurvedic medicines for them.

Yes it is rightly said that the human body changes with time, many evolutions have taken place since last that has completely changed the mind and body of a person. People have now days changed their way of thinking, expressing feelings and speaking as well. People have started tattooing their body and speaking different languages and short forms (jargons, slangs etc.) to express their emotions and likes and dislikes in the environment. Technology is one of the most effective way that helped people to make changes in them, it has become an important part of their lives.  It took millions and millions for people to understand different aspects of technology that can effectively serve them to gain benefits in the society (Khamseh, 2014). Technology helps the people in the society to develop in a better way:

So, I believe that technology is one of the most significant aspects that help a person to grow and attain knowledge in the environment as well. Most of the businesses in the current environment are implement by using technology only. Further, talking about the three types of significant innovation that occurred in technology are discussed below:

• Web searching: Google has become god for people now days; there is one tagline of circulated for Google that states that ‘Google has all the answers’. One of the most significant innovations in the field innovation is the introduction of Google that helped people to gain knowledge about anything and everything all around the world (Bojanova, Voas, & Hurlburt, 2015).
• Gadgets: Use of gadgets has made the life of people easy to the maximum extent. Looking at the today’s world, we travel through vehicles, study using laptops/ computer, store food in refrigerators, communication through phone, see time through smart watch; this states that most of the products that we use are made up of technological advancement only.
• ICT: Information communication technology helps the people to communicate to each other. This type of innovation in the field of technology helped people to effectively run their business and initiate unified communications as well (CSI market, 2018). 

Ten years from now technology would definitely make significant changes in the lives people. As technology aids people in initiating their routine, so the future technology will assist them in a better and innovative way. I believe that in ten years from now there would be very few things left with people that they would do by their own. Artificial Intelligence is a gift to mankind through technology. There is one Robot made in the world that is owned by the Saudi Arabian organization. The robot named Sophia is still under many tests. Post ten years, I think that people would be sharing their lies with human-robots who can do all work just like them and help them to live a better life as well (Adobe Sustainability, 2018).

Three types of significant innovation in technology

Also, I believe that there would be technology driven world in ten years from now, people would eliminate doing physical cash transactions or reading physical books or newspapers. Technology will take place and will eliminate the ineffective things from life. Enterprise software would reach on 4/5 in next ten years; the software used by people would be self-driven. The companies would not require humans to perform any functions as it would get replaced by the efficient technology in the environment. In such organization, activities would take place automatically with ease which will reduce the burden of employers. Further, it should be noted that sensor technology can play key role in upcoming years. Sensors can play magnificent role in field of medical, hospitality, veterinary as well (Müller, & Bostrom, 2016).

Although future is uncertain, but in a long period of 50 years technology will reach at its peak. It is said that person can only use few percent of their brains, so I believe that this would be the first advancement in human body that a person will initiate with the use of technology. People will start using 50% of their brains capacity in future years. The crazy future will become crazier as the people will attempt to use 50% of their brain with the help of technology.

As discussed above that the human keeps on evaluating, so I believe that major use of technology people will make to initiate effectiveness in their body. Medical facilities will take utmost advantage of the technology, doctors can use technology to treat people and such technology will also help them to cure incurable diseases like Cancer, AIDS, and Ebola etc. Lastly, it should be noted that in next 50 years I believe that such technology will become cheap for people so that they can use it effectively. Technology upgradation is good but if people are unable to use it then it might not show its effectiveness. So, in next crazy future technology will become cheap for people. 

There is presence of many wicked problems in the world at the current stage but the biggest considerable problem faced by people is ecological imbalance. One of the biggest reason of ecological imbalance is the pollution that is done by manmade activities; pollution dangerously harms the life and wellbeing of people due to which their health subsequently depletes as well. It is important for every person to understand the importance of nature and take preventive actions against it (Cadena, et. al., 2016).

Predictions about future technological advancements in ten years

An example of the organization is Adobe that initiates activities to prevent the environment. The company is the leading example of the organization that integrates the organizational activities with green office so as to contribute their share to protect the planet. Many innovative strategies are being adopted by the company like creation of green offices, reduction in carbon footprints and spreading the culture of saving the nature etc. (Blocken, 2014).

It is appreciable that now days many organizations are contributing towards the benefits of the society but Adobe is the first organization to set up a green office in the worldwide. The company has a state of art waste disposal system that makes sure that the waste generated by the activities of the company is being disposed in an effective manner. The company has successfully completed 180 energy efficiency projects that aimed to reduce overall energy consumption done by the organization. The company reduced the use of natural gases by 30%, use of electricity by 50%, use of irrigation water by 71% and domestic water use by 79%. The company also installed 20 wind spires and turbines by the end of 2009.

The company Adobe was incorporated in the year 1982 and it is one of the largest computers software organizations in the global market. Adobe is placed in California and has extended its operations worldwide. Further, the organization has a large segment of target market as any person who owns a computer is target customer for them. The company employs over 15000 people worldwide. The CEO of the company Shantanu Narayen holds all the activities of the company and the sales, marketing, research, development, HRM, operations, public relations, technology etc. are sub division working under them (Weaver, et. al., 2017).

The organization was initiated in the John Warnock’s garage, in the year 1982 Steve Jobs proposed his willingness to buy the company but Warnock refused however he still convinced them to purchase 19% shares of the company. The company owns 1.44% of market share in the software and programming industry worldwide with some major competitors namely Apple, Microsoft, Dell, and HP.

The organization is regarded as creative one due to its choice of products along with highly decentralized organizational structure. Very firms successfully hold such type of structure in their large scale business process. The contribution of the company in the market is immeasurable and Adobe has achieved milestone in providing sustainable activities. The contribution of the company has helped the companies to move towards motive of green organization.
