The productivity level of the organization has increased because of that, which resulted as higher profitability to the organization as a whole. The employees that were new to the organization was not that familiar with the other employees, which was mitigated by the trainer of the organization by introducing them to the existing member. It is essential for any organization to have a healthy working environment in order to receive better work quality from the employees (Raziq and Maulabakhsh, 2015). The system of rewarding has even allowed the employees to work more dedicatedly for the organization and this was reflected from their past few weeks’ performances.
