Dai-Ichi SAP Rollout essay in Oceania.

Before the start of the project, there are certain ground work that needs to be performed. They are identified as:

The project can use up to twenty SAP infrastructure. The software that will be used in developing the project are SAP Cloud Instance and JIRA. The project is an important part of Dai-Ichi’s business growth. The organization has undertaken the project to increase collaboration among international offices.

Providing a cloud based SAP instance to Dai-Ichi corporation

JIRA:Jira is a proprietary issue tracking product, developed by Atlassian. It provides bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management functions.

The project strategy is developed at first. In this strategy methods will be defined for improving the project outcome
Scheduling will be done for development, maintenance and update

Project cost will be estimated. This cost will include controlling and engineering costs

Risk management approach will be developed in the project. This will provide an upper hand to the project manager to control the potentials risks and outcome of the risks
Project documentation controlling is a crucial factor
