My Learning Experience was based on the Vocational Education Training of Australia. I was reluctant to start the course but once I started I gained the experience of a lifetime. I would recommend every person of Australia especially the ones who are in need of employment to undergo the course.

 According to me, Learning Process is the process by which a student gains knowledge by studying and practically applying the knowledge. I have divided my Learning experience into some typical steps.

1. Unconscious Incompetence- The primary stage in the learning process where I was a bit reluctant about the study material. This is the time just before the start of the learning process.
2. Consciousness- The second stage of the learning process is categorized by the starting of the learning process. I started to have an idea about the study matter. This is categorized as one of the most difficult periods of the learning process and most of the students quit the process from here.
3. Conscious proficiency- I was able to understand most of the learning materials by this time and faced much less problems as compared to the earlier stages.
4. Unconscious Proficiency- This was the most important as well as the easiest part of the learning process as because I was able to apply my knowledge in the practical field. It was easy for me to apply the knowledge as the learning materials had became a natural to me.

A proper learning experience can help the learners to gather relevant knowledge on different subjects that would help them in their future. Assignment 1 and Assignment 2 have helped me in the same way as a lot of unknown things related to some new subjects previously alien to me was unveiled. The detailed knowledge on e- portfolio, VET programs and Vocational Training Institutions which serves as sources of income to the students has been the main subject of this learning. The learning experience has provided me great satisfaction. The vocational training courses can help me to get skill specific jobs according to my choice. The vocational courses helped me to directly establish a connection between my aims and the actual work performed by me. The learning experience however helped me to improve on my practical simulations and changed my behavior towards different practical situations.

The Learning Process has helped me to garner immense knowledge in some areas where I previously lacked.

1. Understanding complex things- The learning process that I underwent helped me to gain deeper understanding of complex things which earlier seemed inaccessible to me. The deeper understanding helps me to tackle such situations more easily
2. Problem solving-It is much easier for me nowadays to solve typical problems that need potential mental capabilities. My attention has increased which is one of the causes of solving the problems.
3. Availability of information- The learning process was achieved by innovative technological means. I used smart phones, tabs, laptops to study the learning materials. The information that was available there helped me to attain tremendous learning power.
4. Thinking Positive- I am a much more changed person nowadays as I have stopped thinking negative and started taking all things positively. The positive attitude has helped me to gain tremendous confidence.

Therefore the Learning process has been a positive factor in making me a good individual.

The usefulness of the learning knowledge from the assignment 1 and assignment 2 will be of immense importance for me. Application of this knowledge in the future would help me in a variety of different ways.

The vocational skills that I will learn from the institution will save my time and money as the course period is much short than the normal colleges offering academic courses. The course will also help me to dedicate myself to the subject of my choice.

The professional courses offered by the training institutes as well as the VET programs that I attended helped me to develop my skills. The specific set of skills will help me to shape my career as I will be able to easily get a proper job on the lines of my skill.

My evaluation of the Vocational Educational Centers has been based on the study of the process by which the VET program is run in the country. The different vocational educational centers of Australia are engaged in providing quality training to the adults and provide practically all types of skills that are needed for implementing the skills within these adults. The institutes ensure that the students develop the best skills to be considered fit for the labor market. The Australian Institutions follows a certain policy fixed by the government while imparting education to these people. Careers and signaling theory is applied by the institutions. The Ministry of culture and communications of Australia is extensively related with the total project and they provide all the funds and other necessary items needed in these institutions.

The Business research has been very much useful in the learning process. Conduction of the research helped me to learn new things that were earlier unknown.

• Research acts as a tool for gaining knowledge and helps to acquire the learning materials efficiently. Research is always interesting and leads to new doors and opportunities for the future. It is often aimed at finding out new outcomes or making breakthroughs
• Learning process is tremendously helped by research as it helps the vocational institutions to adapt to new strategies and innovate better ideas for the future
• The courses offered in the training institutes are very much specific and offer only the part of the training that is required for the particular individual
• Sharing the data is one of the most important aspects that need to be carried out in the learning process. The information shared among the students helps them to get the idea of the study materials much faster and easily. Research helps the learning process to share valuable information from one source to the other source

 My learning process constituted the VET program which has gained much popularity in Australia. The program is engaged in providing special training to the adults to engage them in different skills related to work. Vocational education can be subdivided into some basic categories according to the changes in the educational policy of the mentioned country. It is segregated out of the rest by means of theoretical and practical application of the training. After analyzing the earlier assignments I could clearly see that these courses are basically aimed at teaching the persons on a short time duration which is totally different from that of the long duration academic courses. The VET system has helped the adult population of Australia to engage in some part time activities that earns them some extra bucks.

 My learning Process helped me to gain a good understanding of the VET program. The ultra modern learning process implied that the Government of Australia has taken important steps to implement Vocational education in the country. The growing development of the following study will lead to more innovative strategies by the government to spread the education and bring more people under such courses which in turn would reduce unemployment in the nation. The Government must engage some professional firms to gather a database on the number of adult population willing to join such courses. The database must be prepared considering the demography. The vast database will help the government to enroll a large amount of the targeted population.
