Patient Care and Resources Utilization
The patient care is the most vital function which should be performed by the team in collaboration so that the proper care and facilities can be provided to them immediately within a fraction of second. The focus should be given on fulfilling the need and requirements of the patient instantaneously. The inclusion of effective communication tools and team work management plan helps in improving the resource utilization in an effective manner to facilitate patient with good hospitality service. The success of the medical industry depends upon the pillars of service and facilities quality provided to the patient for improving their health. The health care service is a two way communication process in which the need and requirement of the patient should be clearly examined and the active participation of the staff members to facilitates them with effective and efficient services. The clinical decision should be taken on the basis of the emergency situation of the patients. The coordination among the team work management plan helps in achieving the goal of the medical field to provide significant health care services to the patients (Antony and et.al,, 2012). The poor coordination can result in the poor diagnosis of disease and medication provided to them. The aim of this study is to find the effectiveness and impact of the relationship between them communication tools and team work management plan for providing good quality services and medical treatment to the patient. The significance of the study is to find th gaps and flaws in the development plan of medical services in the traditional working environment of the hospitals and clinics (Babiker, et.al., 2014). The review of literatures helps in examining the process of treatment and coordination among the team. The study of the literature helps in designing new communication procedures and schemes to bring coordination and cooperation to provide better results in improving the level of satisfaction of the patients. The main issues which exists with the poor coordination among the staff members such as doctors, nurses, ward man, house-keeping staff, and others are categorised as inclusion of poor communication tools and technologies, no inclusion of ICT technologies for the development of database for patent and staff members, no division of roles and responsibilities, no optimization of the social networking communication, no preference given to the demand and requirement of the patients, and others. The study of the literature review helps in analysing the gaps in the medical and clinical services. The purpose of this paper is to collect data from different sources in a systematic review for reviewing the relationship between the communication tools and cooperation among the working team. The research study helps in analysing the inefficiency of the health care industry in diagnosing and providing effective medical treatment. The new innovative ideas should be evaluated for increasing the level of communication for achieving the effective coordination between the team members (Coburn, 2014). The completion of the research study helps in achieving the expectation of the customers and the doctor to minimize the medical error and incompetency to provide effective service and control.
Communication Process in Healthcare Services
The objectives of this research are to analyse and evaluate impact of the teamwork coordination and cooperation for providing effective and efficient services and facilities to the patient. The objectives of the paper are highlighted below:
- Evaluating the efficiency of the team members in developing good quality safety environment for the patients

What is the teamwork management plan helps in providing quality of services to the patients?
The significant problems associated with the hospitality services provided to the patients in emergency situation is due to the poor leadership style, poor management of resources and devices, poor implication of medication facilities, and others. The review of the literature helps in finding that the safety environment is developed for providing quality of service and patient safety structural model for the patients. The deployment of multiple intervention results in improving patient safety structural model. The systematic deployment of communication tools and platform helps in managing effective communication between the patients and doctor to analyse and diagnose the disease in them so that good and instant treatment can be provided to them. The evaluation of the medication facilities should be tested before providing medical treatment and facilities to the patients. It helps in reducing the morality rate in the clinical environment. The investigation of the safety culture results in deploying new tools and technologies for improving the work, health and safety environment in the medical sector.

Research Questions
The AMSTAR tool is used for calculating the systematic review of the literature. The decision making efficiency can be effectively improved by collecting the data from different research paper to analyse the complexities in the health care services. The focus should be given on analysing the root cause of dissatisfaction in the patients to get effective and quality services from the doctors and the staff members (Desmond, et.al., 2017). The systematic and critical review of the research paper helps in analysing gaps and limitation of the doctors and clinical staffs to provide adequate facilities to the patients in emergency. The PICO strategy should be deployed for identifying the areas of improvement.
Population: The population chosen for the research program are women, newly born babies, nurses, doctors, and housekeeping staff members to analyse the request and response system deployed in the health care services.
Intervention program: The safety parameters should be identified for recognizing the quality of service provided to the patients by the coordinated team of doctors, house-keeping staff, and nurses. The intervention program for the patient safety depends on the coordination among the team members, level of communication deployed, auditing and feedback system, and awareness in the patient about the WHO services (Gluyas, 2015). The focus should be given on the target audience for retrieving the required information.
Comparison: The comparison should be conducted in the health care services provided to the patient in different situation such as in emergency situation.
Outcome: The focus should be given on the consequence and the impact of health care services on the selected population for the research program i.e women and newly born children. The morality rate of the population should be examined for analysing the efficiency of the undertaken team management plan and communication tools (Frydenberg, & Brekke, 2012).

The evaluation and analysis of the feedback and reviews of the patients helps in analysing the effectiveness and efficiency of the team management plan for providing quality of services and facilities for aiding growth of the health care industries (Kilner, & Sheppard, 2010). During the systematic review of the literature review, it has been analysed that the people are not satisfied with the allocation of medical equipment and resources among the patients and quality of technical service and equipment used for diagnosing the disease parameters (McEwan, et.al, 2017). The patient safety procedure should be identified to initialize the team changes and behaviour for increasing the impact on the patient care parameters. The feasibility study helps in analysing the sample sizes on the medical care and services and facilities. The review process helps in improving the methods of patient safety by managing the team management plan and communication between the working units. The quality of service can be provided to the patients by managing the team work between the member participants.
The analysis of the literature study helps in finding the areas of the chronic disease which majorly affect the health of the patients. The major problematic situation arises due to the occurrence of the cardiac disorder, cancer, diabetes, mental health issues, and many others (Miller, Kim, Silverman, & Bauer,2018). Some of the common and most chronic disease which majorly effect the health of the patient can be predicted from the diagram below:

The patient safety standards can be measured by analysing the facts and figures collected from the study of the different research paper. The contribution of the different authors gives the central idea about the effectiveness and efficiency of the team management plan for controlling the quality of the services and facilities provided to the patient in emergency situation. The results of the research study helps in finding that the new improvement plan should be designed for improving the areas of improvement in an effective manner. The strategies should be developed by focusing on the reviews and feedback of the patients. The outcome of the results helps in identifying the area of concern for improvement. The central focus should be given to the decision making capabilities of the team members for diagnosing the disease and providing quality of service to the patients. The technological advancement should be included in the health care industry for patient safety. The major strength of the patient safety mechanism is to develop an administration system in hospitals and clinics so that good treatment can be provided to the patients according to their requirement. The patient safety program should be constructed for visualizing the impact of treatment and diagnosing the disease in the systematic manner (Moher, et.al., 2015). The strategies should be developed for minimising the medical errors in providing health care services to the patients. The monitoring program should be systematically organized for advancing the tools and technologies to manage coordinated communication plan for the delivery of quality service in promoting the patient health diagnosing and preventive measures. The cost effective program should be developed so that the resources can be effectively managed between the patient and the working team (Morello, et.al., 2012). The malfunctioning and mal-practicing should be identified so that the medical treatment can be managed. The evaluation of the patient care procedures should be identified so that the working of the health care services can be effectively improved (Otieno, 2014). The patient safety procedure should be identified to initialize the team changes and behaviour for increasing the impact on the patient care parameters. The feasibility study helps in analysing the sample sizes on the medical care and services and facilities. The communication and team management plan of the health care industries can be effectively improved by organizing the changes in the architecture of the team plan, organization of the resources for the utilization in a systematic manner, inhibiting the auditing and feedback system for supporting the component structure level , centralized control on the flow of information and data, organization of the self-management plan, initialization of the technological advancement features, and others (Rauber, 2014). The unclear requirement and the need of the patients can results in the error I the preventive and diagnostic system deployed in the health care units. The implementation of the communication management plan between the patients and doctors helps in developing coordination and cooperation among them to develop a synchronised and systematic architecture of the request and response model for getting effective medical care and treatment (O'connor, et.al., 2016). The team management plan improves the architecture of the resource utilization so that the need and requirement can be effectively managed among them. The medical facilities provided to the patients should be cost effective so that they can afford to manage good and quality service. The study of the literature review and the experiences of the sample size help in analysing the efficiency of the health care system in providing quality of service and medical treatment to the patients and identifying the area of concern and improvement (Rabol, and at.el., 2012). The work coordination among the team members helps in minimizing the chaos and conflicts which are accompanied by the working communication plan of the health care industry (Sarkies, and at.el., 2017). The central focus should be given on developing the organization hierarchy system for systematic coordination of flow of information and data among the different units of the patient care system. The outcome of the research helps in measuring the behaviour of the team in providing quality of service and functionality to the team management plan. The patient safety procedures should be examined by developing a preventive measure program for increasing the effectiveness of disease diagnosing system (Wilson, 2012). The experience of the patient and their satisfaction level helps in identifying the quality of services and facilities provided to them. The negative feedback of the patients helps in analysing the areas of improvement and the positive feedback helps in analysing the good and effective preventive system for initializing the good health supportive system for the patient. The framework and policies should be developed for benefiting the patient experience in getting effective treatment and care program (World Health organization, 2015).
