This research is on the influence of one type of digital communication technology on the interpersonal communication within workplace environment. In this aspect the digital communication medium is the social media communication. Previously, it has been assessed that most of the digital communication technology is having positive influence on both of the employees and the organization but in this aspect it has been assessed that social media is having more negative type of effects than the positive effects on the interpersonal workplace communication of the millennial.
