Advantages of E-Technology in Social Life
Write about the Role of E-Technologies in Social Life for Communities.
E-technology is defined as a technology which is a combination of internet and information in technology. In the last few years, the use of e-technologies is increased rapidly and many organizations, communities, and societies use this advanced technology. The internet is a most common source to find anything about any topic and information technology plays an important role in a communication system. Information technology is an advanced technology which is used in business and organizations to transfer data or information from one person to another and this technology also improved the way of communication (Adam, 2007). E-technology refers to electronic technology which can be used for both physical hardware, and education. E-technology play an important role in social life, there are many advantages of this technology in our daily life such as it provide data or information of any organization, communities and other societies, and by this technology, information can be transferred from one person to another (Chauhan, 2017). People use technology, play with technology, and depend upon technology they transfer data or information using e-technology because it reduces time and cost and it is the more efficient process as compare to other. People and adults utilize information and internet technology to travel, to learn, to transfer information, for communication, and for comfort life. However, its impact on human life and the threat of life, but e-technology provide a platform to learn new things (Cowan, 2018).
In the last few years, E-technology is increased rapidly and in worldwide use of e-technology in business, and society has doubled. Information and internet technology play an important role in every field such as banking, computer society, communication field, and engineering business. In this modern society, people are surrounded by many technologies, and communication systems (Cleary, Walter, and Matheson, 2008). This advanced technology provides the significance of internet and information technology into social life. One of the most advantages of e-technology is that it provides an advanced way to conduct business, and learn new things. E-technology is also defined as a tool which protects data or information from other hacking websites and also helps to achieve the target in business. At that time, many adults and individuals use information and internet technology to communicate with other. There are many benefits of E-technology in social life such as pleasant, more efficient, more productive, provide security for our data, reduce human efforts, very fast in the process, and it is very entertaining technology (Tarhini, Hone, and Liu, 2015). Information technology is part of E-technology which is utilized to store data, distribute, and produce information. In the development of the internet and information industry during the last few years e-technology researched at the highest level and its impact on social life (Crabtree, et al., 2003). Multimedia and internet technology improve communication system between teachers and students and also increase learning materials. E-technology has both positive and negative impact on social life and there are many applications of e-technology such as data transfer, for communication purpose, learning new things, and for database programs.
Impact of E-Technologies on Education, Transportation, and Communication
According to data from the last few years, it is estimated that around 85% of adults used e-technology, and social websites and this rate is increasing regularly. There are many positive impacts of E-technology in modern social life such as increased transportation, improve communication system, increased learning and education methods, and developed field of agriculture (Currie, and Eveline, 2011). Modern e-technology provides a platform to improve the quality of food in less time. E-technology also developed a new process in agriculture field and also reduced various types of diseases. Transportation is one of the most important areas for individuals, e-technology developed travel system for individuals. At that time e-technology provides many online transportation services that helped every person and it reduces time and cost. Both society and organization have benefits of transportation and e-technology changed compete for the field of transportation, it improved mobility and efficiency for people by providing online communication system. It increased the level of communication and through internet many transportation organizations have been developed and they provide an online communication system and services for customers through e-technology (Golden, Veiga, and Dino, 2008). E-technology has helped in many typed travel systems such as airplanes, automobile, ships and boats, and space transportation. Information and internet technologies developed automobile, airlines, and boats and people can check the availability of transportation by using the internet and information technology.
E-technology plays an important role in the field of communication, and it increased communication system for banking, and business sector. Society, banking sector, and business field completely depend upon information technology and they use the communication system to transfer data from one person to another (Dimond, et al., 2013). E-technologies like the internet, information system, and social media increased the way of communication and the main benefits of this technology in communication are that it reduces the time and improve efficiency. E-technology also increased education and learning programs and provide a platform to learn and share knowledge with another person. The best example of e-technology in education is YouTube. It is the best platform to learn new thing and share knowledge, YouTube is totally based on e-technology and provide education and learning programs for students, and teachers (Hung, and Yuen, 2010). Many schools and colleges started a training program in the field of E-technology and the main goal of this program to improve the way of education. In schools teachers also provide online education using the internet and other social websites and they promote e-technologies by providing training programs. Visual education is an advanced method of learning and it provides the best way of learning many subjects such as physics, economics, mathematics, and biology. Much business organization has invested the fund in different educational technologies that can be utilized by students and teachers. For example you tube, iTunes, and grad up and much other application they provide online education and training program for students in any field.
Negative Impacts of E-Technologies in Social Life
There are several negative impacts of e-technologies in social life such as resource depletion, increased population, improved pollution, data or information can be hacked, and exposure to wrong data, and depression, and lack of privacy. The main drawback of e-technologies is that lack of privacy, everyone can hack information or data of any organization and communities. There are many processes through which data can be a hack but suppliers or e-technologies also provide data security system through which this problem can be resolved. E-technology is also helped in public health and also increases the life of individuals. The use of the internet is increased day by day many people use the internet for communication purpose they transfer data and information from one location to other using several social apps and other e-technology. The best example of communication in e-technology is that e-mail, by e-mail many employees, workers, and students communicate with other person and it is done by e-technology. Use of internet impact on social life and it affects human's health, and social life. In this advanced generation, many individuals are using e-technology and internet in mobiles and spend much time on computers and mobile, therefore, this affects human's health and eyes contact (Khosravi, Rezvani, and Wiewiora, 2016). Through which individuals do not give time to family, and friends and they use e-technology for communication purpose. According to Carl Jung, addiction of internet and information technology is very bad, and it is the very danger rather than alcohol. E-technology also provides information related to education, business, economics, and banking sector but this technology change society and modern social life where individuals find data or information from the internet and communicate with any person using social websites. E-technology enhances the level of communication and it also improves many educational programs but the main drawback of this technology is lack of privacy. There are many online websites they provide hacking program and people reduce security through the hacking system. Use of social Medias such as Facebook, what Sapp, Gmail, and Twitter produced a bond between family members and friends. Adults busy on social websites and they do not spend time with family, therefore, it produces a negative impact on family and society (Khasawneh, and Abu-Shanab, 2013). The change of information technology affect the lives of individuals and the use of computers in this generation is increased day by day. Therefore information technology provides a new way of communication and many banking sectors and business industries use e-technology to improve efficiency and productivity (Kumar, et al., 2016). There are many preventions methods through which negative impact of e-technology can be reduced such as physical activities, exercise, reduce promotional offer for mobile, reduce the use of mobile and TV, develop more social and physical activities that will help to reduce the negative impact of e-technology in social life.
E-technology also plays an important role in reduction of threats, and risks and there are many suppliers of e-technology they provide internet services such as information and technology sector, telecommunication industries, and other internet networking industries. Industries and banking sectors are also at high risk due to lack of privacy. Many employees and adults store data on online websites they reduce privacy and there are many hacking websites they provide hacking program, so lost data or information from computers and mobiles and it is a most common problem for e-technologies. To overcome this problem for the banking sector and business industries many information technologies communities provide a security system and networks protocols. There are many companies whose work on mobile communication and they suffered from hacking and other threats (Parrott, and Medoc-Jones, 2008). To reduce threats and risk several steps can follow such as
- Use security process for computers, and networks protocols
- Use anti-virus and farewells to protect data from other
- Use data backups methods to store data into another account
- Use password system to secure information or data
- Provide proper training and policies
- Understand legal responsibility for online commercial
E-technology is an advanced technology which is increasing rapidly in the last few years. Due to increasing of this technology, there are many threats and risks also increases such as lack of security, social media attacks, mobile malware, out-dated security software, lack of encryption, and inadequate security (Orlikowski, 2009). However, information and technology industry provides a platform to overcome threats and risks of e-technologies and IT industry also improve work efficiency and security of data or information. E-technologies changed the way of communication by providing an online communication system and there are many social websites that use e-technologies to transfer data or information from one person to another. The internet and information technology is not provided communication system but also provide a convincing tool for individuals that make a big variation in the modern social life. To reduce hacking and improve privacy in e-technology many information industries uses encryption technique that reduces hacking of information. In encryption technique information or data is mixed with a unique code and then transferred from one person to another and at receiver, this code converts into again original Information which is received by the receiver (Wang, Xiang, and Fesenmaier, 2016). Therefore, E-technology provides encryption process for users and individuals. There are many organizations that are using e-technology and uses encryption and security process to improve the privacy of data. Suppliers of e-technologies are also provided security feature therefor users or customers data or information is not compromised with other. However e-technology industries are provided resources of security to their users. Security is required for all business sectors and banking sectors and it is not compulsory that it is only associated with internet technologies but it is also associated with all telecommunication sectors.
E-technology refers to an electronic technology which consists of both internet and information technology. This technology is increasing day by day and the main reason for this increment is that it provides a platform to transfer data from one location to another without any pressure. However this technology changes social life and our society, e-technology provide a new way of communication. This paper is studied about the positive and negative impacts of e-technology in modern social life and role of e-technology in society. E-technology suppliers should improve privacy systems, and provide security system so that privacy of individual's data can be increased. It should improve the quality of services for the business sector and a banking sector that will help for society to overcome threats and risks. Organizations and communities should adopt security system and backup system to recover lost data or information. To reduce the negative impacts of e-technology individuals and adults should reduce the use of mobile, computers and the internet which can reduce depression, and stress.
