There are many services and products that are offered by the company. It is a British business firm that has a large distribution channel. Headquarter of the company is situated in Leeds, England. Asda is involved in marketing of grocery and also the services that are concerned with the company. The slogan of the company is: - “British lowest priced super market”. The company considers the promotional activity that is based on the low pricing strategy. The diversification and expansion of the company took place in 1949. In this report workforce planning, training and development is discussed. The low pricing strategy has enhanced the company goodwill and also the profitability of the organization.
