The world is witnessing a sharp rise of the sharing economy on account of the ever-evolving digital platform where the consumers are willing to try out the mobile app that facilitates the peer-to-peer business model. (Ford, 2014).  The business goal revolves around making money from assets that are underutilised. The goal for Comfort Transportation Pte Limited in the era of sharing economy is to introduce technology to the maximum in order to reap the maximum amount of profit. The emergence of global players like that of Uber, Lyft, Curb and Grab has posed stiff competition to the business of Comfort Delgro and the main goals are to make the company more efficient that can add value to the reputation of the organization.
