The project of developing the Stud Management System for New South Wales for the RALS is an IT based project that would involve the use of the successive alignment of the operations and utilizing the implication of the technology innovation. We were able to use the implication of the technology innovation for the development of the successive integration of the activities. The study has been successful for the deployment of the functions aligning the implication of the project management and technology innovation for the project. We deployed effective communication and also allowed the implementation of the operations favouring the development of the successive integration of the operations. We used the concept of project management as a major factor for the implication of the technology implementation for the project. The analysis would also be helpful for forming the alignment of the operations for website development of Stud Farm in New South Wales. The analysis of the operations had helped us in forming the appropriate system development for the Stud Farm.


The use of the skills like the IT knowledge, communication skills, conflict management, and skilled communication would be helpful for us in developing proper project plan. The analysis would allow the utilization of the improved operation development so that effective management of the operations can be implied.
