Using Flow Charts as a Project Management Tool

The flow chart is a very important tool that is used for the project management technique. The flow chart provides the flow of the processes that can take place during a project. The company that is trying to implement this project is the Kids at Hope organisation that would be helping the kids and youths in serving them to provide ideas and also work for the enhancement of the future of the students.

For the planning of the project the organisation would require to assemble a group of web developers that would have different type of specialties in web development such as front end, back end and database for the website. In addition to this, there is a requirement of brainstorming session that would help in the planning phase of the project.  This would help the developers to come up with a plan for the project like the language in which the website is to be developed and the suitable database is to be selected for the development of the project.

For checking and analyzing the outcome for the project and also for the monitoring of the system it is to be seen that if the website is user friendly or not. The interface of the system is to be evaluated and also it is to be checked that if the website is responsive or not. In addition to this, the maintenance of the website is also to scheduled so the regularly the bugs that are generated in the website can be easily eliminated.

For ensuring the project timeline is met on time the planning phase of the project in this case needs to be very efficient and realistic and hence, this would enable the project to be implemented on time and also maintain the timeline of the project.

The front end task would be delegated to the front end developers, the back end task would be delegated to the back end developers and also the database administrations would be delegated to the people who are experts in database.
