In the current situation, with the increasing rate of challenges, people have become more creative and innovative in the case of dealing with the challenges. Various tools of innovation have been introduced in the global market, which influences the social enterprise, social entrepreneurship and social economy (Forsman, 2015). Here the study has highlighted the involvement of these elements as the influencing part of social innovation. It has been mentioned in this study that analysing of social innovation has become very important in the current situation. Due to increasing social problems such as lack of appropriate models, incentives, non-competitive business market, public goods and other reasons, the current policy structure is getting hampered (Carrillo, Druehl & Hsuan, 2015). With the rising cost and leaving standard financial and health issue have become a chronic disease. Therefore in this situation social innovation has higher level of importance in the business industry. This is required for proper distribution of incentives as well as the consumption and consumption. This is also very important for increasing the values and communicational practices. The major importance of social innovation is it is the importance process by which the social economy is being measured. Market share and rate of profitability is being influenced by the social innovation practices.  It has been mentioned in this book that the social innovation is being measured by following the linear fashion. Funds, agencies, Intermediaries and brokers are the key instruments for measuring the social innovation. Private society, civil sector, household and each economy is involved in the social innovation process. It has also been identified that depending on the social innovation, the social structure in the society can be changed. The perspective of individuals gets affected due to the introduction of social innovation in the global industry. The social and technological and social transformations have higher level of impact in the case of bringing the social innovation. 

It has been identified in this study that in the current situation various problems have been increased in the current society. This can be said that with the increasing rate of social problems the issues regarding drinking water, declination of the postal system and many more have been increased. Here the study has mentioned about the technology, which is the important part of the current business industry. Here the study has pointed out few problems such as youth employment, climate change, gun control, refugee, homelessness, the prison system, declining postal service, food production, water scarcity and third world poverty (Forsman, 2015). This has also been mentioned that social innovation has created such problems. The large portion of youth people is struggling to enter the global industry. Due to lack of youth employment, the global economy gets affected. In order to bring the innovation, the geoengineering team has introduced the artificial volcano for slow down the rate of climate change. In the current scenario, it has become very important to introduce gun control violence. Due to war and other social violence, a large number of people migrate to the developed countries this increases the resource crisis. Due to the introduction of social innovation, the rate of homeless people has been eliminated. On the other hand, it has been mentioned in this study that bail system has become one of the major problems in the current situation. A large number of people are not able to collect the required money for bail. Therefore, this can be said that most of the people who are in jail not money to pay the lawyer. With the increasing rate of popularity, the uses of a postal system have decreased. This has impacted on the economy. 

Examples of Innovative Companies Recycling Products

After analysing the study, it has been identified that it can be considered as the revolution after the introduction of social innovation. By using the creative and innovative ideas the organizations have focused on providing new looks to the old products (Head & Alford, 2015). It has been identified that the popular company Levis has introduced the old t-shirts by converting it in the modern jeans. Similarly the other organization named Coeio has introduced the Burial suit, which is considered as the first suit which returns the human body to the earth without creating any harmful impact on the environment (Reinecke & Ansari, 2015). Another company has been introduced in the UK online market that helps people to buy and sell their things from the special day. The recycled leather jacket is also another example of recycling the products. The company has started manufacturing the new jacket by using the old leathers. On the other hand, the fishing nets are being converted as the Bikini. The engineers from Slovenia have brought the innovation in the market. Adidas the popular sports brand has also contributed in the innovation. It has introduced the performance shoe by using ocean plastic and old nets. This innovation of the company has been highly appreciated in the global market. On the other hand, the old t-shirts are being transformed as a boxer. This is a Netherlands based organization. Another way it has been also identified that the caps are being made by using old plastics. The name of the brand is Denim, which has grabbed the global market by providing good quality of products. Therefore, this can be said that after the introduction of social innovation the organizations have started recycling the products with innovation, which have helped these organizations to gain the popularity.

After analysing the study, it has been identified that the team approach is very important in the case of improving the environmental behaviour (Kaufmann 2017). It has been identified that intermediations for intended pro-environmental behavioural change usually target a limited behavioural number and have the challenges in order to achieve the durable change. The eco team program is being considered as the important aim of the intervention package for overcoming the flaws (Hawley, 2015). Here the combination of feedback, information, social interaction in a team has been highlighted. It has been mentioned in this study is ETP plays an important role in the case of changing the behaviour of the household. Here the corresponding results of the physical measures have nee highlighted. In this study, it has also been highlighted that the depending on different behavioural changes the sustainability of the society gets affected. It has been mentioned in this study that by using the intervention techniques the behavioural changes can be introduced. Here the study has also identified that information cannot bring the benefits all the times, it depends on the promotional Pro-environmental behavioural changes. Here the author has also mentioned that the social environment has the higher level of impact in the case of changing the environmental behaviour. Depending on these the behavioural change practices are being developed. 

Environmental Behavior and Pro-Environmental Behavioral Changes

In this study, it has been identified that the willingness is the important part of psychology. Here the study has highlighted the importance of willingness to pay and willingness to accept it has been identified that both the techniques are dependent on the human cognition. Here the study has also mentioned about the rigour, which is being systematically absent. On the other hand, the study has also focused on the invaluable entities such as security, life and health. It has been mentioned that the moral, logical and emotional values are being highlighted on the basis of willingness (Yakacki et al., 2018). Another way the study has also introduced the environment goods measuring methods. In this study, the importance of the customer philosophy has been highlighted. This can be said that willingness is considered as the psychological phenomena. It has also been mentioned that the paying the goods and services has become the largest foreign concept in the current scenario. In the current situation, it has become one of the popular academic courses too. Depending on the willingness to pay, few naturalistic issues of the employees have been highlighted. The economic experts have highlighted the importance of consumer willingness to pay in the organic foods (Gonzalez-Martinez et al., 2018). Therefore, this can be said that depending on the customers’ perception. The economic growth is being developed. It has been identified that the willingness to pay method also indicates the future risks in an organization. This also helps in the case of dealing with the economic development. This can be said that this has the higher level of impact on the certain consequences. The major difficulty in the human nature is here the experiences are being projected in the case of realistically enter into the future.

In this study, it has been identified that the positive psychology has higher level of impact on the human lifestyle (Hickman & Silva, 2018). This indicates the desirable process of the human behaviour. Here the study has al mention the importance of the positive interest of human impacts on the human characteristics. With the creativity and joy, the majority of the human experience reaches at the middle of the neutral point. The aim of most of the psychologists is to bring the people into the misery region. On the other hand, study has also indicated about the rate employment competition in the market (Paul et al., 2015). It has been identified that with the increasing rate of competition, people do not get the chance to understand the right scope of their life. As its result, the professional curve gets changed. This also helps the psychologists to help the people who are not efficient enough to choose which lifestyle is appropriate for them and which is not. According to the psychologists, hope is the important element in human psychology (Heifetz & Linsky, 2017). Therefore, this can be said that people need to focus on growing their hope for getting a better lifestyle. In the current scenario, it has been identified that the people who lose their hope suffer with the lack of confidence issues. Here the scientists have also mentioned that the hope is being affected depending on the human characteristics. Therefore, this can be said that in order to develop hope for better lifestyle, the human nature and behaviour needed to be controlled. In this case the value and human perception has highly impacted on these practices. The developing the generic and specific programs, the behaviour and mind is being controlled. Here the study has also highlighted the human culture and good life is connected with each other. Therefore, this can be said that the culture influence the living standard and lifestyle of a person. 

Willingness to Pay and Willingness to Accept

In this study, the human centred design has been highlighted. The term indicates the belief in every challenge (Manzini, 2014). These challenges can be gender equality, poverty, water and many more. In this study, it has been highlighted that the role of a problem solver in the design the aim of the human centred design is to solve the problems which are being faced by the people in every step in their life. This can be said that this design is being used in the case of gathering experiences, creating products and providing services. In this case, the study has focused on the problem solving practices depending on the basis of the problem solving skills, which are needed to be adopted by the people (Mulgan, 2014). In this case, this can be said that the depending on the experiment and using the learning practices the people get the ability to solve the problems, which create disturbance in life. On the other hand, it has been identified in this study that by developing the practical knowledge, people get the chance to develop effective solution against the problems (Reynolds, 2016). In this case, wild creativity of human nature is being disclosed. On the other hand, this is also very effective in the case of increasing empathy, embracing ambiguity, learning from failure and interaction processes. The human centred design cannot be considered as the linear process. Each and every project has the individual characteristics. The main three phrase of the human centred design has been identified such as ideation, inspiration and implementation (Sharples et al., 2016). These phrases have not any connection to the problems which are being faced by the people. In this study, it has also been identified that developing the empathy, the individu9als and community design is very important.

In this study, it has been identified that innovation has higher level of impact in the case of developing organizational behaviour and management practices. In this study, the importance of role of contract has been highlighted. This can be said that the contracts of the innovation is a critical l process. In this case the negative impact of innovation is being measured (Rowlinson, Hassard & Decker, 2014). Here the study has also mentioned about the importance of innovation management and the current trends. This has been identified by the author is the open innovation has been increased in the current situation. This trend is considered as the highly disturbing trend. Here the innovation, knowledge and the resources are being impacted by the external influences. The positive effect of innovation is it develops the skills as well as the rate of probability. On the other hand, in the case of negative innovation, the risk factors are being increased. Therefore, this can be said that the innovation is needed to be developed in a systematic way. In this study, it has been also identified that the necessity is considered as the mother of innovation. In the case of analysing the innovation process, it has been identified that the process focuses on the overcoming process rather than getting the benefits (Zundel, Holt & Popp, 2016). In this study the constraints of management have been highlighted. These levels are being classified in different [arts, such as industry constraint as strategy, geographic constraints, organizational constraints and human cognition. It has been mentioned in this study that the individual performance is being affected due to the impact of risk and attitude. On the other hand, the other experts has pointed out the constraints have higher level of impact on bringing the innovation.

Positive Psychology and Its Impact on Human Lifestyle

 In this study, it has been identified that motivation has the higher level of impact on the human life. The behavioural changes and characteristics of a person are being affected t=due to the motivation. Therefore, this can be said that depending on the motivation the social engagement practices are being affected. This can be said that motivation influences the confidence of a person, the rate of creativity is being improved if a person will be motivated in their life. Happiness, as well as sadness, are the consequences of both the positive and negative motivational practices. Therefore, its can be said that motivation has a higher level of impact on the human activity. The creativity and innovation capability of a person is being influenced depending on the level of motivation. This helps the people to deal with the external and internal risks in their life. In the context of organizational profitability, this can be said that depending on the motivational practices in the organization, the rate of engagement of the employees in the workplace is being analysed (Livotov, 2015). In this study, it has also been identified that the depending on nature and intellect, the level of motivation is being influenced. This also plays an important role in analysing of the person is being able to motivate others or not. In this study, it has been identified that the civic involvement is being influenced on the basis of youth motivation (Bengtsson, Gustavsson & Eriksson, 2017). If the youth people are being motivated, this impacts on the GDP rate of a country. Therefore, the psychologists mentioned youth as the important motivational age. The ability of knowledge and skill adoptions are being increased in this age. Therefore, if the youth people are being motivated towards their work, it will be beneficial for the global economy (Lu & Wang, 2015).

In the current situation, it has been identified that the business development is interconnected with the social innovation process (Dentchev et al., 2016). By bringing the social innovation. All kind of business activities is being influenced. Here the study has also mentioned about the financial situation of a business is being influenced by the social impacts (Moulaert, 2016). Training, development skill management and many more essential activities are being improved on the basis of the rate of social innovation. Due to the social innovation, the marketing process is being influenced. it has been identified that the financial management process of an organization, such as cost management, budgeting, cost reduction any others practices are being developed on the basis of social innovation. In this study, it has also been identified that the social innovation has the higher level of impact on the technological development. Due to the introduction of modern technology in the current business industry, the availability of internet has increased. In this study, it has also been identified that the aim of business expertise is to make the business socially innovative. Through this process, the relationship between the customers and the employees gets improved. On the other hand, it has also been mentioned that the social innovation brings the standard capitalized workplace. After the introduction of social innovation in the business industry, the rate of women workers has been increased in the industry. This is also very effective in the case of dealing with the challenges faced by the organization in the global competitive industry. Therefore this can be said that the business organizations need to focus on bringing the social innovation in the workplace for increasing the efficiency of the employees as well as increasing the rate of profitability (Svirina et al., 2015).
