Negotiation is one of the crucial elements, which restores the normalcy of nations. However, exposure of conscious, rational and oriental approach towards the achievement of negotiation, results in the effective settlement of the issue.
Body Paragraph 1
“In recent years, negotiation has been effective in resolving international conflict”. Elucidate the statement with specific references from scholarly articles. Negotiation is one of the crucial elements, which restores the normalcy of nations. However, exposure of conscious, rational and oriental approach towards the achievement of negotiation, results in the effective settlement of the issue. The attributes of rational, oriental and conscious projects the effectiveness of negotiation (Caputo and Ayoko 2016). The previous sentence directly addresses the question, which initiates the report on negotiating the conflicts between Israel and Palestine.
The etymological origin of conflicts is World War 2. When the political groups were involved in battling between themselves, one of the diplomats, Raoul Wallenberg displayed his act of kindness by transforming the lives of the Jews from the oppression of the Germans (Schulz 2016). The act projects the attempt to bring negotiation as early as possible for restoration of normalcy. The situation further aggravated in the form of the Israel-Palestine war. However, the alliance with Germans assisted the Palestinian political groups to adopt a concrete framework towards the achievement of negotiation. Herein lays the appropriateness of the aspect “international relations”.
The cross cultural conflicts can be perceived from the graphical representation of clash of cymbals. The two axis represents time and tension respectively. Achievement of success in adopting means of negotiation ends the tension, which reflects the collaborative significance of the two axises. Exposure of oriental, conscious and rational approach in this direction pushes the momentum of conflict towards climax. The achievement of negotiation by the Palestinians and ending of tension is the sudden fall in the graph. Maintenance of consistency in the correct expression, in spite of the governmental shifts can be an attempt to preserve the traditionalism.
Support for the counter argument
The shifts or fluctuations in the governmental initiatives relates to the aspect of “diminishing sine wave” (Portugali 2013).
Delving deep, the fluctuations symbolize the rise and fall of the Palestinian dynasty. Viewing it from other perspective, these fluctuations also bear resemblance with the consequences that Israel had to encounter after the separation from Palestine. The great distance of the climax in this aspect exposes Israel with the results of their own actions. The specification of the issues affirms the aspect of “causal effect” as proposed by Newton in his Third Law.
Support for refutation
In case of the Israel-Palestine conflict, developing concrete framework helped the political groups to achieve effective resolution. Frequent evaluation of the undertaken steps made the groups aware of the major drawbacks in the negotiation process. Consideration of the viewpoints of the concerned members assisted brought noticeable changes within the approach of the groups towards the conflict (Clímaco et al. 2014).
Counter arguing the scholarly articles results in the establishment of new facts regarding the significance of the negotiation process to resolve the emerging conflicts between countries such as Israel, Palestine, Paris and areas adjacent to Caspian Sea. The graphical representation of the conflicts and their end relates with the life cycle of the individuals. The sudden climatic fall relates with the stage when the individuals are compelled to encounter challenging and enduring issues. The diminishing wave graph is the stage, when the individuals face disastrous consequences upon denying the acceptance of the enduring issues. The common expression of this phase is tension, which is perpendicular to time in the form of graphical axis (Honeyman 2001). Time is the main agent in an individual’s life, which exposes them to the ups and downs of life. It is the rationality that mitigates the intensity of the tensions and provides the right path for progressing towards success. This rationality supports the individuals in terms of applying the correct and appropriate method for achieving effective resolutions.
Body paragragh 2
This section of the report focuses on Paris and the Caspian Sea conflict. Deep investigation of the issues results in the excavation of the fact that these are not conflicts, rather resolutions to the conflicts. As a matter of specification, one is Paris agreement and the other one is the environmental support system for dealing with the natural calamities (Herz 2017). Therfore, based on their functionalities, both Paris agreement and the Caspian Sea issue share a common goal, which is to beautify the environment. However, the difference lies in the ways and means of solving the conflicts.
In the Paris agreement, the member countries were involved for seeking devices for dealing with the sudden climactic changes. On the other hand, assistance of the governmental officials invoked efficient and effective resolutions (Robiou et al. 2017). The main aim of Paris agreement and the Caspian Sea issue was the making the inhabitants aware of the natural disasters through prior warning.
According to Herz (2017), possessing a strategic vision towards the adoption of foreign policies added firmness to Paris agreement. Strain in the relationship between the energy producing countries and the government officials of the areas surrounding the Caspian Sea polluted the environment. The root cause of this issue is the excessive utilization of the natural resources, which has projected disproportionate ratios between the total population and the resources available. In this situation, introduction of the incentives seems appropriate for encouraging the environmental officials to gift a healthier lifestyle to the people (Madani et al. 2014). This negligence bears resemblance with the lackadaisical attitude of the members of Paris agreement regarding the development of a framework for dealing with the climactic changes in the environment.
1921 proved to a turning point for the world in terms of negotiating these cross cultural and internal conflicts. However, the sudden collapse of the Soviet Union attaches the tag of flat character into the plights of Paris agreement and Caspian Sea negotiation (Curtis and Stricker 2013). Incapability in maintaining the oriental approach necessitates the need for diplomatic attitude in terms of protecting the national security (Madani et al. 2014).
Therefore, in order to resolve any particular dispute, negotiation takes the proactive role. The consideration of the clash of cymbals and the diminishing sine waves assists in attaining maturity in terms of ceasing the tension and worries of the pre-existing conflict. This is one of the most helpful method in terms of altering the motive of gaming with the perception of the people regarding their suffering and ailments (Caputo and Ayoko 2016). The conflicts of Israel-Palestine and Paris-Caspian Sea need much concretization in terms of transforming the lives of the people. The examples provided in this study identify the different negotiation process in the real business scenario.
Supporting evidence for counter argument
Even though the involvement of the multiple parties creates the recognizable issues for the operating country, it is the most helpful way to get rid of the emerging conflicts.

Conducting market research for searching out latest technology for dealing with the sudden climactic changes proved beneficial for the environmentalists of the Caspian Sea. Providing training to the staffs regarding the utilization of the devices enhanced their clarity in terms of executing the business activities. Apart from this, hiring experts for examination of the devices assisted the environmentalists to avert emergencies at the time of actual operations. Typical examples in this direction is experimenting the launched devices to regulate the sudden temperature fluctuations (Madani et al. 2014). Rationality supports the individuals in terms of applying the correct and appropriate method for achieving effective resolutions. Displaying this rationality in the society enhances the standards of the individuals, making the environment conflict free (Madani et al. 2014)
Relationship of negotiation with the life cycle of the humans is an innovative touch to the report, which broadens the perspectives towards the aspect of resolutions. This motive prepares the individuals to adopt systematic approach towards the conflicts that comes their way.
