Organizational culture plays a significant role while a company is aiming to form a strategy for its operations and business. Hence, both the culture and strategy moves hand in hand. It is relevantly important for a company to make growth while it is exceptionally impossible to ignore the changes (Dwight and Biscomb, 2018). Likewise, change in the business world is inevitable and in order to survive as a business, these changes have to be taken into account. The presented article contains a critical analysis from a point of view of many authors who have regarded strategy and culture of a company which moves hand in hand. Organizational culture is defined as a result of uniform action which is constantly performed under some circumstances which are justified (Tanielian, 2018). A strategy is formed in accordance with the structure of company so as that there is no inconvenience or lack of resources in following it. |

There is a huge importance of change which has been justified in the article that it is necessary for a company to be flexible and adaptable to change in order to have sustainable growth and continuous development. The movement of strategy along the organizational structure curve has also been specified in the journal. In last a conclusion about the significant role of strategy and organizational culture in the functioning of an organization has been justified (Banerjee and Chakraborty, 2018). A classification of the competitive world and its denomination has also been specified in the article. An organization culture which is dynamic in nature has to be created by the managers in order to reach an outcome of their long-term goals for the long run in order to reach a specific point of development and growth. It is important to use strictness where it is necessary but in today's world, this is taken as a burden. So, in order to have a hold over the employees and their behavior an environment has to be created where personal goals are fulfilled in relevance to the organizational goals. Similarly, there is a need to drive the behavior of people in a mutual direction for which some techniques of motivation are used. There are chances where some manipulation and persuasion are required but before that, easefully the behavior of a person is encountered. |

In this article, the author has presented the importance of behavior driven force of a company has been justified with some elements which are important to bring this process into action (Leonidou, L.C., Christodoulides, Kyrgidou and Palihawadana, 2017). Every company has some criteria of analyzing a person and according to that, the person is motivated. Creating an environment where each and every person has a right to speak and put it the point of view is taken into consideration. Inspiring people with various means have been justifiable in the journal article. Also, there are set of rules which are to be followed from top to bottom approach and bottom to top approach. This specifies that the communication channel from both the sides must walk properly so that there are no conflicts (Watson, Jain, Asthana and Saini, 2018). Simultaneously, this motivates each and every member to feel as a part of an organization as they are being listened for what they required from time t time. This automatically drives the behavior of people and makes them accountable for the company in which they are working. The author has used some strategies for making the adoption of organizational culture within the business organization. For instance, top down and bottom up. The leaders place priority on culture thus motivating the individuals for behaving with integrity and responsibility this is one of the strength of this approach. Hence, there is some tailor-made changes which has to be done while making the strategy for other country's operations. So, a justification on how the strategy after various quantitative and qualitative analyses has been formed for the various global locations of Chinese business has been justified in the article. The importance of acquiring right people for the right job has also been specified. There are some expatriates who are appointed for the same strategic formation but people from the local market need to be appointed so as to have best people (Galuppi and Carfagni, 2018). A justification to all the requirement of the companies with proper analyses has been encountered in the article 4 which is very significant for the Chinese organizations. Internationalization strategy has been used by the author in this article. The biggest strength of this framework is that this framework will leverage economies of scale. It has also been inferred that business strategies within an organizational structure play an integral role in the prosperity and development of the firm.
