The report helps in understanding the different issues that has been faced by the employees of the respective organization named Cirque Du Soleil. There were different sustainability initiatives that were applied by the company in order to help the employees in feeling motivated. However there are different initiatives that have been implemented by the respective company Cirque Du Soleil but there were issues in the organization that were not solved properly of different grievances of the employees.

The main aim and purpose of the report is to analyze the different issues in the sustainability initiatives in the organization named Cirque Du Soleil. The main duty of the higher officials of the organization was to generate proper incentives to the employees as this will help them in gaining proper competitive advantage in the organization. The organization needs to properly implement strategies such as providing lucrative packages and providing flexible week offs as this will help in retaining the individuals in the organization (Simon 2015).

There has been a different issue relating to the contribution of the initiatives that helps in enhancing human and social outcomes for the respective organization’s human resources. Murielle Cantin was good and performed well as the casting director of Cirque Du Soleil, but Cirque Du Soleil should hire one human resource manager in the respective organization as this will help in resolving the issue related to the organization. The main issue that has been faced by Cirque Du Soleil was decrease in the margin of the profit of the company in the past. The other issue that was related to case was the frustration of the employees in the organization. The sustainability initiative that has been implemented by Cirque Du Soleil regarding the motivation of the employees was the main issue in the organization as the employees in the organization felt they were treated unequally in the organization.

This is the sole responsibility of the organization to solve such issues with proper implementation of strategies as this will help in making the employees motivated and retain them for different issues faced by them in working with the organization. In Cirque Du Soleil Company, there were issues that were faced by the employees of the organization wherein proper support was not generated from the organization (Hsiao, Ou and Liu 2013). The organization started motivating the employees who were dissatisfied in nature by providing them attractive and lucrative packages as they thought this will help them in motivating them and this will allow them to perform better in the organization as well in the future. There was a huge increase in the benefit as well as the packages as this helped in motivating the employees properly (Mohammed, Gururajan and Hafeez-Baig 2017). Proper training is required to be provided by the employees as this will help the organization and the employees in the organization to expertise the new skills and talents that are required as this will help in performing well in the organization in the future as well (Thomson and Jaque 2016).

Providing Incentives and Flexible Work Schedules

This is the duty of the entire organization to properly implement different strategies that will help in making proper changes as desired by the employees of the entire organization. The respective organization named Cirque Du Soleil could not successfully implement the strategies of the properly providing motivation to the employees in the organization and it did not contribute into social as well as human outcomes of the entire organization. The company needs to implement different other strategies as well as this will help in motivating the employees properly such as by providing them with proper training that will help them acquire different skills that are new in nature (Opp and Saunders 2013).

The respective company Cirque Du Soleil was not at all successful in providing the sustainable initiative of providing proper flexible timing to the individuals as these were not working out properly in the organization and the employees were not satisfied and they were demotivated as well in the organization that was reflected through the performance of the employees in the organization as well (Rantisi and Leslie 2015).  This was one of the sustainable initiatives that did not work in the respective organization and proper implementation of strategies is essential as this will help in making proper strategies in providing flexible timings to the employees and providing them extra incentives that will help them in performing better in the organization as well (Peronard and Brix 2016).

The sustainability initiative that has been depicted previously was relating to the kind of motivation provided to the employees in the organization (Massé 2016). The motivation that has been provided to the employees in the organization was not satisfactory in nature and hence there were issues related to the different frustrations faced by them in the work front. The company has to provide such flexible timings and other incentives that will help the employees as well the entire organization to motivate the staffs and retain the staffs that are essential part of the entire organization as well. The respective organization named Cirque Du Soleil did not implement such strategies that are available in different companies as well that provides proper incentives and other motivational strategies that helps the employees in order to perform better and properly in the organization.

The respective company Cirque Du Soleil that is the first organization that performed circus without any kind of animals in the performance of the circus that were made previously. Cirque Du Soleil needs to understand the requirements of the employees in the organization as well as this will help them in providing proper support and this will help in managing the business as well. Cirque Du Soleil has to understand the different requirements of the company that can be performed by the employees of the organization and this will help them in gaining proper competitive advantage as well. The company has to understand the different contexts of the business as these are essential as to provide the employees the different requirements that are essential for them. The employees are the essential part of the organization and they should be treated properly and equally as they are the ones who need to perform the activities and they are the ones who will help in analyzing the goals of the company as well. Proper telecommuting and providing monetary as well as non monetary incentives is essential in nature as this will help in overcoming the major issues at Cirque Du Soleil and the owner of the company named Murielle Cantin wanted to find solution to such issues as well. The growth prospects of the employees are essential in nature as this will help in motivating and keeping the staffs fresh in nature as well. The proper implementation of strategy is the proper engagement of the employees in the organization with the entire management as this will help in providing proper sustainability initiative as this will help in retaining a good workforce in the organization as well. This will help the company higher officials in providing proper responsibility through motivation on the employees and this will make the employees more sincere as well as committed towards achieving the organizational objectives (Singal 2014).

Lack of Support and Need for Training

Proper ease of implementation is essential in nature as crossing the hurdles in the business is a difficult process and the employees in the organization become resistant to change that has to be properly solved by the organization. The respective company has to work with proper integrity as well as understanding the different cultural differences in the organization that can cause issues in the workplace.

The organization needs to analyze the differences and the issues in the opinions of the organization and this will help them in meeting the different expectations of the customers as well. Cirque Du Soleil is the international organization that is dedicated towards the quality generation as well as the performance of the entire organization. Cirque Du Soleil has to understand the issues properly and sort such issues with keeping the staffs fresh and providing them incentives and flexible timings that will help the employees in the organization in gaining proper sustainability. The main motive of the company is to identify the different reasons through which the growth and expansion of the company is indicated and this will help the staffs to provide proper personal time as these are required for them to refresh in the personal life as this will help them in performing better in the professional life as well.

Therefore, it can be concluded that proper ascertainments are required in nature that has to be made by Cirque Du Soleil as this will help the entire company in sorting out the major issues as this will help them in retaining the employees in the organization and provide them better opportunities as well.  The frustrated job condition of the employees has to be properly sorted by the company as this will help them in managing proper business in the future as well.
