Obtaining current skills, technology and motivations are some of the significant objectives of the proficient plan of the development (Abraham, 2014). Another aim could be the confidence an individual has which help him/her improve on his/her traits. This report will focus on needs and formulations employed in professional skills. This will be done by me in few days ahead (jamleck, 2011).  Doing this will enable me to improve both my personal and profession skills. Below are some of the very important constituents of the successful personal studies experience:

  • Sensory

This is often known as a sensory plane; it is needed to innate the information for learners as well as communication skills. For each studying, the chief essential concern is passing the idea and information too. Passing of information in a learning environment is basically between the student and the lecturers. This passage of information will improve the reasoning and exchange of ideas between the student and their lecturers. If the message passed from the lecturer to the student is insufficient, then it may negative influence on the studies of the student because the student will not be able to comprehend the concept during studies.

  • Strategy

The strategy offers the necessities on a good way of doing a professional development plan. This development plan may include extra skills knowledge and also skills which would improve something in a unique way to help to get long-term ambition in professional as well as in professional sector.  My strategy in my studies is to advance confidence in me to enable me to have a lot of courage in tackling any of engineering problem after completion of my course in the university. Therefore my ambitions are to take a successful learning experience that would enable me to address my objectives and goals in the whole of my career.

  • Requirements

A lot of focus is put on main requirements for a functional needs as well as the content of the studies experience. This is done immediately after putting the strategies and setting them correctly. Nowadays, the learning facilities achievable in both modes (online and offline). For an individual who is very busy, he would choose online studies since he has no time to attend classes. But for one who is free during the day may opt to go for offline studies.

  • Interaction

This is a very vital section of studies since through interaction the student, and the lecturer will share the ideas and information.  If a point is not clear to the student, then he will ask for clarification which will thus be done by the lecturer. The lecturer will also ask the student questions to see if they have understood the concept, depending on how the students will react to the questions will help the lecturer to know how far are the student in the concept taught. For that matter is highly recommended that I react with my lecturer to help in the diffusion of information and ideas.

  • Structure

The structure is the sequence of teaching and learning procedure, for instance, there are some courses which must be done first before the other, and if the reverse it did then the student will be actually of a problem. He will not understand the whole concept, for that matter, my developmental plans should be in a good structure to enable me to obtain what is required of me.  

My training and development process:

A continuous growth process should be considered to enable me to improve my skills in professional skills as well as personal skills. The continuous growth process are highlighted below;  

  • I would do what it takes to enable me to improve on my set objectives and ambitions which are needed to be spoken in the developmental process.  I would as well inspect the gaps that generate the intervention in the process of getting the general objectives and aims of my career.
  • I would then highly look for teachers who can help me to achieve my objectives. This is done immediately after the identification of the necessities, and it constitutes searching for an instructor and university where I can safely enroll my course and pursue it effectively.
  • I will extremely forestall that the learning process will last for about eight months. During this span of time, I would be able to address all my course necessities that would make my career effective.

Individual who is responsible for my training and development:

After I shall have enrolled in a university, I will be taken through the whole course requirements by my professors and my lecturers; my lab technicians would also help me to obtain what is required in hands-on activities.   

Economical methods for training and development:

To ensure that learning and training are not expensive I would recommend enrolling for an e-learning module. I had done the comparison on the two learning modules and come up with a conclusion that e-learning is relatively cheap as compared to the offline studies. E-learning is very efficient because the student will study at his convenient time and he does not need to be in a classroom at a specified time, but anytime he is free to take his studies. The learner will just take his studies at his home, and hence there is no need to travel to the learning center. For that matter, I would consider offline learning.

Discussion on the development activities:

The recommended method for the development and enhancement in the professional sector, my dreams is to take admission in in a recognized university to enable me to take effectively my course. The institution must be a member of the controlling body which controls the activities of an engineer. I would fancy to highly involve in numerous interaction activities to enable me to improve my communication skills, high interaction through speaking will highly improve the communication skills, I would interact with both students and lecturers. Moreover, I have to put clear my strategic plans to enable me to improve my skills on technical know-how and hence make me do the hands on job.

Learning Styles

Learning styles will depend on an individual to another’s status and the environment of the students.  Some of the learning styles are visual learning style, physical learning style, verbal learning style and logic learning style (Sharon, 2011).

  • Visual learning styles: This is a learning style which entails studies that have materials which are watched like chats, watching you tube where the concepts are explained fully. It can also be done through the projection of the concepts on the wall using the projectors.
  • Verbal learning style: This is the most common learning style where there is passing of information from lecturer to the student through speaking.  This style is most effective since there is the advantage of two-way communication from the student to the lecturer, it also offers discussion and sharing of information and ideas(Christophuos, 2012).
  • Physical learning style: This learning style entails activities like playing football, athlete, among other forms of game activities. This learning style also entails dancing; the teacher will train the students how to perfume to their best. This learning style is disadvantaged to the physically challenged individuals.
  • Logical learning style:  In this learning skills, the above three learning styles are included (Denish, 2013). However,  it hinges on the capability of the learner to fathom the logics behind the concept which is explained, and the student will thus get the whole concept of the study.  I will highly focus on the online thus I would involve in the visual and verbal learning styles but really would I participate on the physical learning styles. The physical learning style is not possible due to lack of the physical presence. For that matter, I will complete my course on the two learning styles (visual and verbal learning styles) (Edward, 2013).

The product of learning style will be highly effective to enable me to partake my future career as an engineer (Davido, 2013). Because I already know my weakness like lack of courage in public, it will be possible for me to overtake the courage through interaction through verbal learning.On giving the effect of the e-learning, it has been realized that the newest situation of application information technology which has highly improve online learning. Since this was one of my weakness, I would thus be able to have some knowledge on the information technology through this online studies (Edward, 2013). This has enable obtaining information from any part of the world as the world now appears like a global village.

Learning from others: 

Learning from other people (not a lecturer) is also a great way of obtaining information.  Through my studies, I have acquired more of information and concepts for my fellow students. It is very friendly to obtain information from a fellow student than from a lecturer or a teacher. This learning is achieved through interaction with other students and sharing information. The discussion is done in a group discussion where ideologies are changed between students.

Achieving the aims and objectives:

I wanted to acquire more information in my career during my professional and personal plan I have dreamed of enrolling in a good engineering university. I was troubled I could miss a chance in registration in engineering institution (Giovanni, 2013). It is true that if I get an enrolment in a good university, I have no fear as far as being a good engineer is concerned. After rolling, some of my weaknesses am now able to speak confidently in public. Another weakness like lack of information in IT will also be rolled off after taking online studies.

The realistic targets

My ambitions which I set were not over ambitious; they are attainable and very genuine as far as my knowledge is concerned. Still, I face a problem which was professional development plans which did not work as I planned because it required an unlimited devotion the learning progress. I have to confirm that engineering is not an easy course and any student who wants to become a competent engineer must sit for long hours to enable him to become a competent engineer (Gerald, 2015).

As mentioned above development is not easy, and any student must just toil very hard to achieve his objectives. For a student to develop his professional skills, he must take enrolment in in a highly recognized university. This is very vital since it the learner attains professional skills as well as for his future undertakings in the professional field (Edward, 2013).

The Importance of Obtaining Current Skills, Technology, and Motivation

Re-evaluation of strengths and weaknesses:

On completion of my studies, I can boldly  attest  that my challenges have been really rolled off thus am now able to solve  the solutions  that I was not able to handle earlier, I can now solve some of the problems which I could not able to solve, am also have patience which I did have initially. I can now speak boldly in the public which was a big problem to me. I did all these improvements while I was in the university learning. For that matter, I can now am sure that I can follow procedures in any workshop. I lacked the confident to work in a group with my group members, but now I can handle that perfectly (Hart, 2011). I have a self-motivation, and I can now work together with other group members. Mental strength is also required for an individual to perfectly handle any problem in life (Hiroshi, 2015).

Better directions for change:

Since I like to be an engineer and I had that passion to be an engineer I couldn’t change it and I was just to work hard to realize my dreams. I can confirm that engineering is a good course for me after I have rolled off most of my challenges.  I will frequently set my objectives of my life and then work on it with the high inspection. Am as well planning to get assistance from my friends and relatives who are already working in a well-established fields of an engineering career. After the consultation, I would be able to get more skills and know what I should be doing in my afield as an engineer. And I would be able to roll of most of my challenges through them (James, 2016).

Conclusion:

A well-established discussion has been done on the developmental plans for my professional field. It has been confirmed that many plans may not work for me as I planned earlier. The student should not be able to lose hope whether he realize the dream or fail to realize the set objectives (Bos, 2004). If the plans don’t work as the student still has a chance to attain. I have hope that I will be able to meet all the necessities needed for me to complete my course.
