The name of the firm is Trojan consulting. The firm offers various services related to accounting, taxation, and auditing. The activities are conducted on a global basis and the main focus of the company. There are more than 2 lac employees working in the company on a global basis and it has been seen that the company is located with many outlets in different locations. Headquarter of the company is in Australia. Other locations in which the company is situated are Singapore, India, Bangkok, and Dubai. It has been seen that company focuses on offering professional services. The culture of the company is rooted in its own values. The company focuses on creating the proper trust and collaboration and also creates a culture in which the knowledge can be shared.

In this organization motivation is an important aspect as there are many employees who are conducting their activities from a different background.  In the first phase of the report, the discussion will be made of the four management issues which are seen in the company and in the last phase recommendations will be given so that activities can be conducted in a managed form. To manage the issue in the company is important as activities can be conducted in an effective manner. The key issues that are analyzed are related to communication, employee's motivation, cultural difference and issue related to conflict.

It has been seen that issues in the company can give impact on the overall activities. if there are issues in the company then it cannot be possible to accomplish the goals and objectives of the company. The management issues faced by the company are

It has been seen communication is the major management issue that has taken place in Trojan. Communication has an important role at the time of conducting the activities of the company in an effective manner. If there is no proper communication in the company then it can be difficult to compete in the competitive environment. In managing the performance communication has an important role in the workplace (Ashkanasy, Bennett & Martinko, 2016). It is evaluated that Trojan consulting firm faces the issue of communication at the time of conducting the activities of the company. There is no proper communication channel in the company. People have to face the issue related to communication and also the productivity level of the company is reduced just because of the issue related with communication. By not having proper communication channel, miscommunication in the workplace has taken place. There is no proper communication hierarchy in the company that has given negative impact on the overall operations of the company (Angouri & Kirilova, 2017).  

Employee Motivation Issues and Solution

To manage the communication it is important for Trojan consulting to focus on the Weber classic organizational theory of fixed structures. It is one of the effective management theorists and Max Weber considered this theory to manage the organizational structure. This theory of bureaucratic companies is the first attempt to elaborate the organizational structure and also it focuses on the communication process that take place within the companies. It has been seen that this theory have clear roles and responsibilities and according to this theory the communication should be structured, hierarchical and also clear (Martin & Nakayama, 2015).  

In this theory there is no scope of confusion in the messages that are sent from the top (like from inherently a top to down one) so therefore it has been seen that the companies have a rigid machine-like structures where people contributes by a proper roles and responsibilities. This theory is relevant at the time of managing the employees. If there is proper communication channel or the communication flow from top to don then it can be easy for the employees to conduct the activities (Bonaccio, O'Reilly, O'Sullivan & Chiocchio, 2016). It will help to take direction from one authority and employees will be clear about the activities that should be conducted. This theory should be taken into consideration so that improvement can take place in the flow of communication (Schroeder, 2016). When proper implementation of the theory take place then improvisation can be made in the overall activities of the company and also it has been seen that when this communication theory is considered then it can manage the activities and each employee will get the direction from one head. If this strategy is used then it has been seen that the issue related to communication can be reduced easily. This communication concept will help the company to maintain proper channel of communication and can also enhance the overall productivity level of the employees (Ladegaard & Jenks, 2015).

The next issue is related with the motivation in Trojan consulting. It has been seen that in the company the employees are not motivated and it is giving negative impact on the overall activities of the company. Motivation is related with the encouragement by various techniques and it also helps to increase the overall performance of the employee in the company. Motivation is considered as an important part of the company and to achieve success it is important for the company to focus on motivation. It has been evaluated that motivated employees are more productive and also they are considered as an asset of the company.

Cultural Difference Issues and Solution

Motivation in the workplace is important at the time of giving services so that integrated approach can be considered for enhancing the satisfaction level of the employees (Shafritz, Ott & Jang, 2015). Without motivation it is not possible for the company to focus on the right directions and employees will be not able to conduct the activities effectively.

In this case or in this situation it is important for the company to focus on the Maslow hierarchy of needs. In this theory there are five stages. The first stage is related with the physiological need. In this basic needs like air, water and food are taken into consideration. Next is related with the safety needs in which the focus is given on the physical, environmental and also emotional safety (Healy, 2016). It has been seen that it is also linked with the job security, family security and also health security. Next stage is related with the social needs in which the focus is given on love, affection and also on the care. Esteem needs is also the stage in which the focus is given on the two needs which are internal and external need. In internal esteem need the link is with the self-respect, confidence and freedom. In external need the link is with the power, status, attention and recognition (Deci & Ryan, 2014).  The last stage of this theory is related with the self-actualization need in which it has been seen that it is related with the growth and self-contentment. It also consists of the desire for achieving knowledge and also creativity. The self-actualization needs are never fully satiable. It has been seen that people are motivated by the unsatisfied needs. It is important for the company to focus on this theory so that employees can be motivated and also happy at the time of conducting the activities (Rasskazova, Ivanova & Sheldon, 2016).

This theory is beneficial for the employees as it helps to enhance the motivation level of the employees in an effective manner. This theory will bring improvisation in the overall activities of the employees and also make employees efficient towards the overall work done by the employees. The improvisation that will be seen in the activities will be related to the enhancement in the quality of the work and also when quality is improved it will help to achieve goals and objectives in an effective manner (Ferrell, 2016).

Conflict Management Issues and Solution

Next issue is related to the cultural difference. It has been seen that there are different cultures of the people who are conducting their activities. This issue takes place in the company and it is difficult for the managers or the top management to manage this, so in this case, it is important to manage so that activities can be conducted. In this scenario, the company should focus on implementing the Hofstede cultural dimension theory so that the culture and values related to the behavior can be managed effectively.  This theory should be taken into consideration so that activities can be conducted effectively. In this theory, the company should focus on six dimensions related to power distance. It has been seen that in power distance the focus is given on managing the degree of inequality that exists and inequality is maintained so that power can be maintained between the people (Beugelsdijk, Maseland & Hoorn, 2015).  

Next is related with the individualism versus collectivism. It has been seen that it is related to the strength that ties with the people and it is also related to the interpersonal connection. Masculinity versus femininity is related to the distribution of the roles between the men and women. In this proper roles are distributed between the men and women. Next is related to the uncertainty avoidance and it has been seen that this dimension helps to elaborate that how well people can cope up with anxiety (Saleem & Larimo, 2017). Pragmatic versus normative is also linked with the dimension related to long-term orientation and it helps to explain the religiosity. The last factor is related with the indulgence versus restraint and it has been seen that in this the emotions are related to the people that should be managed so that company can achieve goals. It has been evaluated that this theory will help the company to manage the cultural difference and each and every employee will be treated equally.  This theory is beneficial as it helps to bring equality to the employees who are conducting the same activities in the workplace.

The last issue is related to the conflict. Conflict takes place in the management or between the employees. It is important to manage the conflicts so that activities can be conducted in a right direction and with a proper satisfaction of the employees (Danielsson, Bodin, Wulff & Theorell, 2015).  In this context, the managers should focus on neoclassical theory so that behavior of the employees can be managed. In this, the focus is given to the human relations and it determines the overall productivity level. It has been seen that if the behavior or the human relation is good then it can be easy to manage the conflict that takes place in the workplace or it can help to reduce the conflict in the workplace (Onions, 2017). When conflict reduces it can be easy for the company to enhance the overall productivity level of the employees. This theory is beneficial as it can help to manage the conflict and also increases the overall profitability level of the company.  It is one of the best theories that should be considered so that behavior can be managed and also it will help the employees to give their best towards the activities of the company. In this theory, participative management is also the level in which the employees focus so that proper participation can take place at the time of taking the decisions in context to the company (Ripsman, Taliaferro & Lobell, 2016).

The company should focus on minimizing the conflict by considering the discussed theories so that goals and objectives can be achieved. It is also important for the company to focus on enhancing the satisfaction level of the employees so that activities can be conducted in a right direction. When the business is conducting the activities in the Australian market it is important to consider the rules and regulations.

So, by analyzing the report it has been concluded that the issues that are discussed in the report are related to motivation, communication, conflict and cultural difference. These issues can be managed by focusing on the organizational theories. The theories that are discussed in the paper are Max Weber, Maslow hierarchy of needs, Hofstede and also neoclassical theory. If these issues are managed then it can be easy for the company to achieve goals and objectives in an effective manner. It is important to minimize the issues so that in Australian market the company can easily achieve growth.
