Food innovation is the core business value for Trisco. At Trisco Foods, innovation is at the heart of its business value and the same extends to Pristine Foods and Beverages as well. The company identified an opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind solution that addresses the needs of aged care residents with dysphagia by allowing them to precisely adjust the consistency of pre-prepared thickened beverages, while also being quick, convenient, stress-free, and cost-effective to manufacture and consume. This prompted the creation of 'Precise Thick-N INSTANT,' a liquid thickening concentrate designed to assist people with dysphagia in drinking their favourite beverages (Precise, 2022). The 4Ps of Pristine are –

Product, in the form of its thickened beverage called the 'Precise Thick-N INSTANT,' that allows people suffering from dysphagia, enjoy their favourite drinks. Also, the enquiry into the cultural, administrative, geographic, and economic framework of Indonesia is much more suitable for entry for Pristine in comparison to India. Also, the ethical consideration, and for the environment are much more favourable for Pristine in Indonesia than in India (Benzaghta et al., 2021).

Hence, the most suitable country for entry for Pristine is Indonesia, and it should be chosen over India as a transition from Australia to Indonesia will be quite effective and easy for Pristine whereas, the transition form Australia to India will not be smooth and can cause a lot of issues for the Company.

Also, the healthcare sector for the treatment and the advancement of dysphagia is already in place in Indonesia whereas there is nothing major about dysphagia treatment in India. This will help Pristine to introduce its products in Indonesia easily, as there is a set medical framework to assess the viability of its products. The same is not true for India. Also, the capital requirement to enter in India will be exceedingly high than that of entry in Indonesia, and the people of Indonesia can better afford its products than the general population of India (Oki, 2020).
