Project Background

The creation of network congestion on the internet will adversely affect the flow of information between the participating units. The productivity of the organization get decreases with the failure of applying control measures to manage traffic and congestion over the network which has a direct impact on the return on investment [1]. The Solar wind is the most optimal solution to monitor the flow of information and data over the network for managing the congestion. It helps in providing the quality of service to the end user. The Net Flow traffic analyser (NTA) is the solar wind tool which is mostly preferred to capture the information flow to keep balance with it. The data stream is received from various sources on the enterprise network such as J-flow and N-flow. The function of the NTA is to measure the modification and manipulation carried out by the third party in the data packets send over the network. The monitoring of the modification helps in managing the confidentiality and sensitivity of the information [2]. The functions which are performed by NTA solar wind monitoring tools for congestion control are categorised as monitoring of the data packets bandwidth, analysis of the congestion and traffic over the network, development of the dashboard for improving the performance, providing optimization in providing quality of service, identification of the malicious packets over the network, managing customised report of the network, optimization of policies, analysis of malfunctioning in the packet, development of the network traffic reports, recognition of the advanced applications, integration of device tracking system, and others. The integration of the net flow traffic analyser helps in providing the clear vision of the bandwidth and tracking of network devices. The troubleshooting of network traffic results in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of traffic flow management system [3]. The integration of the Orion database and its product helps in enhancing the performance and security of network monitoring system. The solar wind and net flow traffic analyser focuses on establishing the sensor technology for better management of network congestion. The purpose of this paper is to deploy and implement Solar wind net flow traffic analyser for the management of resources and congestion over the network.

The visibility of the flaws and malicious activities was the major problem in circulating the information on the internet. The flow of network traffic creates a problem of network congestion. The data broadcasting at minimum bit rate is the most crucial activity which has to be focused for controlling the flow of data packets and congestion control. The focus should be given on determining the reason and cause associated with the network congestion. The analysis of the bandwidth is required for developing the critical applications. The newer technology is implemented for controlling and managing the traffic which is named as Solar wind net flow traffic analyser [4]. The reasons for implementing the net flow traffic analyser are measuring the efficiency of flow based network congestion control, identification of the bandwidth for managing application, scheduling and reporting of the data packets, validation protocols for retrieving the quality of service, initializing of the capacity planning, and others. The network congestion can be controlled by decreasing the high bandwidth of data transmission at high data bit rate, creating the report customization documentation for managing the policies to control network traffic, identification of the root cause analysis for demonstrating the congestion and traffic over the network, and others. The monitoring of the network traffic and congestion helps in increasing the visibility of internal network program, evaluation of the application performance, evaluation of the presence of spyware and hacking attacks, detection of security concerns associated with the client information, using the high bandwidth for data flow, and managing N-flow and J-flow data packets [5]. The deployment of the net flow traffic analyser helps in increasing the performance of the internet in providing the information to the destination by keeping balance of data packets over the network. The utilization of the net flow traffic analyser helps in analysing the abnormalities which appears in the system of traffic management over the network.

Project Aim

The aim of the project is to analyse the difference between network design without the implementation of solar wind net flow traffic analyser and with the inclusion of NTA for managing the flow of congestion over the network. The focus should be given on identifying the different approaches and methodologies for implementation of NTA in the working design of network monitoring and administration system.

The objectives of the proposed project are as follows:

• Development of work breakdown structure for increasing the efficiency of project deployment
• Development of Gantt chart to demonstrate the duration of day required to complete the given project activities
• identifying the different approaches and methodologies for implementation of NTA in the working design of network monitoring and administration system
• analyse the difference between network design without the implementation of solar wind net flow traffic analyser and with the inclusion of NTA for managing the flow of congestion over the network
• Preparation of budget for the implementation of NTA

Role	Responsibilities
Project Manager	The project manager is responsible for developing the project schedule to establish flow of information and sequence of activities to complete the project successfully. The project manager should observe the skills, talent, ad expertise of the team members for providing responsibilities according to their ability to give 100% of their capabilities [6]. The priorities should be associated for managing the process synchronisation by analysing the critical path of the project.
Leader	The responsibility of the leader is to manage coordination and cooperation among the team members by collecting relevant information from different sources. The communication plan and strategy helps in minimizing the wastage of resources. The grievances, chaos, and conflicts of the team members should be handled properly [7].
System Analyst	The analysis of the root cause for the failure of managing the flow of data packets among the source and destination. The focus should be given on analysing the required features to be included in the network monitoring system [8].
Network Administrator	The network administrator focuses on analysing the effectiveness of the Net flow traffic analyser implemented with different methodologies and processes. He is responsible for developing the network design for the implementation of NTA in the working schedule of the project.
Researcher	The researcher focuses on collecting the relevant information for analysing the root cause of network failure in managing the congestion over the network. The qualitative and quantitative approaches are used for collecting data for network administration. The interview session should be organized with the top executives to gather details of problems associated with the implementation of NTA.  The literature review is carried out for analysing the problem domain of network congestion.
Resource manager	The requirement of the NTA implementation should be determined by the resource manager [9]. The hardware and software required for the implementation of NTA should be analysed.
Tester	The tester is responsible for analysing the effectiveness of managing the network congestion over the internet. He is responsible for analysing the difference between network design without the implementation of solar wind net flow traffic analyser and with the inclusion of NTA for managing the flow of congestion over the network
Project Designer	He is responsible for identifying the different approaches and methodologies for implementation of NTA in the working design of network monitoring and administration systemevelopment of the network Design:

The development of the network design is the synchronisation format which is used for managing the 100 users, router, servers, and switches over the network. The focus should be given on monitoring the congestion over the internet [10]. The following diagram shows the network design for router, servers, switchers, and users.

Implementation of the SOLAR WIND NTA in the network design:

The quality of service for managing the resources on the network can b effectively improved by deploying the technique of SOLAR WIND NTA. It works on collecting and correlating the information from different sources to evaluate the monitoring the congestion and traffic over the network and improving network performance [11]. The traffic pattern of internal and external communication helps in managing the congestion control. The polling functions are used for installing the quality of service and flow analysis of the Solar Wind NTA. The following diagram shows the infrastructure which is developed for managing quality of service and flow control of the information between the different units over the network.

The following flowchart shows the implementation of the NTA in the designing of the network for traffic control:

The deployment of the NTA in the development of the network support is beneficial for improving the performance of the network traffic management system. The flow of information can be effectively managed between the 100 users which are interconnected through switches. The routers are placed for sending of data packets from source to destination IP address [12]. The historical updates can be effectively managed over the network by using the solar wind NTA. The performance of the Solar wind NTA can be improved by aiding technologies like Net-flow Lite, VMware, Cloud bridge of IPFIX. The following steps should be followed for installing the solar wind net flow traffic analyser in the network design of 100 users, routers, switches, and servers:

• Net flow traffic analyser can be used after log on to the solar wind NPM server.
• Location of the physical media should be launched
• The next button should be pressed on the Welcome page

• Selection of the configuration setting  for deploying NPM and NTA on the same server

• The configuration of the network design should be done for managing the minimum requirement of the hardware and software for the server.

• Setting of the selected configuration
• Managing the license agreement by clicking on I agree

• Click on the installation button

• After installation click on Orion Net flow traffic analyser

• Confirmation of the solar wind services

• Look at the path of Net flow traffic analyser

1. Polling Engine methodologies is used for implementing SOLAR WIND NTA:

The implementation of the NTA helps in ensuring the scalability of the server and network. The connectivity of the net flow traffic analyser should be done with the ORION SQL database for providing quality of service in managing information flow over the network [15].

The installation of the Net flow traffic analyser depends upon the required supported version for managing the flow of information between different units.

The resources can be easily added on the Orion Database for managing the flow of information and handling the congestion and traffic over the network. The SNMP protocol is used for managing the Web console server for optimizing the flow of data packets between the source and the destination. The following steps should be followed for managing the net flow collector services:

• Installation of the Net flow traffic analyser
• Development of the folder for Solar wind orion database
• Click Edit for managing the information of the collector services
• Type the port number for the submission of the sevices

The following diagram shows the management of the Orion server by deploying the Polling engine methodology.

The separate servers are required for ORION database and Net flow traffic analyser which helps in managing the congestion over the network. The automatic flow of information can be managed for improving the CBQoS to receive the information by the destination units. The net flow services are used managing devices and interface with the help of ORION database [17]. The net flow devices are added to the net flow traffic analyser with the help of Orion web console server.

1. Requirement of Virtual Machine

The installation of the virtual machine and virtual server helps in developing the virtual environment for the systematic management of the Solar wind net flow traffic analyser. The performance of the NTA can be improved by managing the installation of the virtual machines and Network interface cards. SNMP protocols are required for monitoring the flow of information and data between the various participating units [18]. The following table shows the requirement of the virtual machine for the implementation of the solar wind Net flow traffic analyser:

• MySQL  Server 2012 is the latest version is used for storing the data and information for ORION Database.
• NTA database server is deployed with the MySQL  server 2016 because it can affect the performance of the system
• NTA valuable to manage data packets.
• Send alert signals to receiver to manage congestion.
• Orion Window server best for implementation.
• Helps to improve performance of dashboard.
• Malicious data packets determined by Border gateway protocol.
• NTA requires installation of solar wind network performance tool on the same window server.

The SNMP protocol helps in managing information between different resources. The accessibility of the information can be effectively improved by VMware operating server to manage flow of data packets. The maintenance cost of the program can be effectively reduced by increasing the efficiency of the data accessibility. The problems of traffic congestion can be managed easily with the border gateway protocol. The alert signals are send to the devices for developing the proactive plan to handle the emergency situation The validation protocols are used for analysing the efficiency of Quality of Service provided to retrieve the information. The capacity planning helps in improving the decision making capabilities to analyse the future bandwidth requirement. The vulnerabilities attack can be easily detected.

Conclusion

The Net flow traffic analyser should be implemented with the help of Orion database server management. The deployment of the NTA in the development of the network support is beneficial for improving the performance of the network traffic management system. The flow of information can be effectively managed between the 100 users which are interconnected through switches. It works on collecting and correlating the information from different sources to evaluate the monitoring the congestion and traffic over the network and improving network performance. The monitoring of the network traffic and congestion helps in increasing the visibility of internal network program, evaluation of the application performance, evaluation of the presence of spyware and hacking attacks, detection of security concerns associated with the client information, using the high bandwidth for data flow, and managing N-flow and J-flow data packets.
