Strategic Decision-Making towards clean energy Development to Increase sustainability through solar energy in the United Arab Emirates. 

What is the rationale in terms of the development needs of your doctorate investigation and also relevance to your organization or professional practice?  How will this intervention build on your current learning and development?  

I have chosen this topic For the developmental needs and intervention strategies for my doctorate investigation because currently the environmental conservation and protection has become an important issue globally. Moreover, as United Arab Emirates have a high solar exposure therefore this alternative would be very feasible to replace the fossil fuels that is being used by the country. This intervention strategy would build on My existing knowledge about environment friendly services and sustainable options for United Arab Emirates. It is a well known fact that the reserves of fossil fuels in United Arab Emirates would soon deplete and would not be usable in the future therefore in order to develop a sustainable growth for the country would be to develop and promote the growth of solar energy we did another great source of energy within the country. Therefore  I would  require to improve my  subject  knowledge regarding solar power and energy for which I  would  conduct a  thorough  academic literature  review  as well as analyze professional literature  such as business reports. 

What development technique/learning strategy have you chosen, giving reasons supported by literature?

The developmental learning strategy that I have chosen for this is learning intervention strategy and critical reflection of myself. The critical learning strategy would help me to identify and understand all the key areas of my professional developmental stages as well as help me grow and identify each and every aspect of myself (Beausoleil 2019). I  would  like  to  reflect  on my knowledge about  research tools  and techniques. I would  also like  to increase my knowledge on solar power relevance in contemporary energy needs. This would help also help me to gather more knowledge and experiences through my work based learning. It would help me to enhance my skills as a working professional. The critical reflecting strategy would help me to understand and identify all my strengths and weaknesses that I have exhibited throughout during this research paper. This would also help me develop a personal development plan which would ensure that I progress and help myself in the future. The critical reflective model helps to identify and learn from one's own experiences which is the best form of understanding as well as create generating new opportunities. 

What is the overall aim of this intervention?

The overall aim of this intervention is to identify and develop myself professionally and acquire all the required skills so that I can work independently in future ventures I love research and professional growth. This intervention would create a greater opportunity for me to learn through my work experience as well as understand the difference between theoretical learning and practical learning. This would help me  complete my  proposed  research more  efficiently  and increase my knowledge about  solar power projects  in UAE. 

Rationale for the Intervention

These need to be SMART, (Specific, Measurable, Relevant and Time - dimensioned;

• To identify the feasibility of solar power energy in one year in the United Arab Emirates. This would be used to identify and assess the amount of energy produced through solar power within a period of one year.
• To study the dependency of United Arab Emirates on fossil fuel for the production of energy for their own country. This objective would study using the amount of energy produced through fossil fuels to meet the needs of people in UAE over a period of one year.
• To identifying the differences of costs incurred over a period of year in maintaining the fossil fuel relative equipment and facilities with the solar power related equipment and facilities Over a period of a year

In order to get the this  information I  would  conduct a  qualitative  analysis of  all the  previous  academic literatures  as well as  utilise  annual  report  of solar  power  providing companies.

This intervention strategy would help me to identify all the areas where I would need to develop and enhance my skills. This will also enhance my professional experience and my professional skills. As this would enhance my understanding of the works done in the professional fields and I think my work based learning skills. As far as things that would not be included in this plan would be my complete independence of doing the research as I would still be working under the meter or supervisor to guide me throughout this intervention project. Apart from that it would also require an humans support from other stakeholders in order to facilitate and help me grow throughout this intervention strategy. 

Assumptions:

I feel that after the completion of this intervention plan I would be more aware of my personal skills such as organizing ability and skills of time management, ability to handle pressure as well as other personal skills. Apart from that it would also help me enhance and brush my professional skills such as the knowledge of my professional roles and duties as well as from what my intellectual growth. I feel that after the completion of this assignment I would be completely capable enough to bless you my own independent research over various topics as after the completion of this complete assignment I would be well aware and burst with the procedures and techniques used for conducting a complete and thorough research. This would also help me to learn various key skills and requirements such as NVIVO and other data analytical methods in order to complete the research effectively. I would also understand and identify the approaches that I would need to take in order to help my weaknesses and develop them as much as I can.

1  Discuss and plan each and every thing with my supervisors and instructors in order to clarify my topic as well as plan down my approaches to the research paper. I would also discuss various key factors and the resources that I would require in order to begin my research with my supervisors.  

2 Prepare a complete plan of my word and segregate them according to their priorities as well as their urgency. I would also evaluate all the important skills that I require in order to proceed with my topic.  

3 Seek for various trainings sessions parts my skill development and knowledge part various areas which I would require in order to facilitate myself throughout the intervention. I would also ask the instructors for various other training suggestions which I would require in order to further proceed this task

4  Final execution of the complete research paper along with its final draft creation and various other calculations. The final dry run of the training in order to identify all these weaknesses and then re draft the same in order to facilitate and flawless project plan.

Stakeholders involved in this process are the training instructors and supervisors who would help me support and learn from my intervention planning and skill development process. It would also help me to guide my journey throughout the complete process and suggest me that is this in order to facilitate my successful completion of the project 

The management of the institution is another key stakeholder in this picture because they would help me to get various available training sessions as well as developmental requirements in order to effectively complete and facilitate my work at the same time enhanced my growth and development. 

The third and the final stakeholder in this process is the government and other authorization bodies who would authorize and supervise over my work as I proceed as well as provide me the value supports in order to collect information and information sources.

What resources will you need to complete this intervention (e.g. financial, equipment, data access, time).  Do you have access to all of these?

The resources that I would require in order to complete this intervention successfully are fundings from various sources who would fund and support my research work. This funding sources would also help me gather and collect various equipments that I would require. The funding sources would become the financial backbone for this research. 

I would require various specific equipments and data access in order to complete this complete intervention strategy in a very efficient manner . The equipment would mostly be provided by the university and in some cases it will be acquired from the external sources such as through the investors and financial supporters but this research. But as far as the data sources are concerned various data would be collected through the use of institution libraries and other public libraries as well as through the Internet however not all the data sources available online would be accessible and special permission might be required. The final resources that would be required in order to complete this research would be the time and permission of various areas such as the power plants and energy development office resources in order to extract all valuable data for completing the intervention work.

The entire project is planned to be finished by the end of the year. Yes there are fixed important deadlines and milestones for this asignment as well. If the fixed deadlines or milestones are not set it properly the research paper may lose its relevance as well as the data may vary from time to time. As far as the skill development and trainings are concerned they are required to be completed under fixed timelines in order to effectively conduct this research and at the same time facilitate a higher growth and development of my personal self. It is a well known fact that sticking to a strong timeline would help in better organizing and planning the research work as well as enhance the quality of the work. 

How will this intervention enhance your personal and professional learning and development? Be specific about the knowledge, skills, attitudes and competencies you wish to build as a result of this intervention.    

This intervention strategy would enhance my organizing and planning abilities to a great extent as the research paper requires a lot of planning and organizing skills in order to we completed successfully. Moreover after the completion of this work I would gather a deep detailed knowledge about the solar power and its relevance in sustainable growth and development of United Arab Emirates. Moreover it would also boost my confidence to great extent after the successful completion of the work. The knowledge of conducting a thorough research of any project would also enhance my logical and critical thinking skills as well as my ability to analyze and interpret data efficiently. As far as my professional skills are concerned I would gain a greater insight and greater knowledge of various technical skills such as NVIVO and interviewing skills. I would also gather a strong communication ability as well as listening skills in order to better understand this research.  

Success Measures

How will you know if this intervention is successful?  What does success look and feel like?  

The intervention strategy would be measured by my increase inability to express myself as well as the significance and relevance of the outcome of the result. The substance would look like and upgraded and enhanced version of my which would have the highest skill of interpreting and understanding data as well as evaluating various aspects. As a measure of success I would also like to keep the ability to complete things within the deadline as well as its significance and importance. Another measure of my  success would be to identify my  efficiency in reaching  a feasible  solution of my research. I would feel that I have succeeded only if my communication ability as well as my ability to organize things have he increased then my previous attempts. I would also evaluate on the number of skills and professional characteristics and attitudes I have equipped throughout this intervention project.
