The responses of the recipients were collected after a selected time period and then they were analyzed accordingly.
The data collected to the use of primary data collection methods are analyzed by statistical calculations using Pie Charts tables and graphs. The statistical analysis techniques can also be used to evaluate the collected data accordingly and accurately. The current research has used the statistical analysis as it help to validate the reliability of the data by using statistics that includes percentage and frequencies. As mentioned earlier the use of Pie Charts graphs and tables have helped to present that collected data for the ease of understanding and comparison.
Ethics is considered to be one of the main features of the research. The absence of ethics in a research can result in its failure. The researcher is born to follow and conduct the research by maintaining the ethical considerations. According to the Data Protection Act of 1998, the researcher must ensure the safety of the collected data that is to be analyzed. Apart from this that also bounds the researcher ensure that the identity of the participants is kept confidential. The researcher must also not all the participants to participate in the data collection process and must wait for the confirmation of the participants in such cases. A consent form has to be signed by the participants before providing the responses to the research questions. On the academic front the researchers not plagiarize the research and must not use the research for any commercial purposes.
The following chapter has provided all the methodological tools that have been used for the purpose of completing the research. Providing justification to the selection of each methodological tool has helped to make the data more reliable in nature. The use of the primary and secondary data collection techniques has also been highly successful to complete the research within time.
The following report has been prepared after a thorough statistical analysis by means of collecting data through primary data collection methods. Statistical analysis has highlighted the elements and factors considered in the study. The use of different kinds of statistical tables graphs and Pie Charts have been the main driving force in the analysis of the particular research. The participants of the following analysis were recommended according to their departments in crest cleaning Company Private Limited. A number of 50 participants from five different departments were selected to provide the responses of the research questionnaires. Each of the departments consisted of 10 research participants. On the other hand almost the same number of people in department one believed that the use of traditional techniques and the lack of skilled labor are the main reasons for different kinds of problems in the industry. The participants from department to on the other hand believed that absence of professional planning and lack of skilled labor where the main reasons for the negative growth of the organization. However participants from department 3 and especially department 4 highlighted the absence of professional planning as the main issue that cripples the commercial cleaning companies. However the majority of participants from department 5 at the belief that lack of skilled labor was the main reason of the issues behind the problems in the cleaning companies.
The above pie chart shows the percentage of people who have different kind of beliefs on the issues related to the different issues that plays the cleaning company. 38 % of the service people believe lack of professional planning the main issue behind the problems in the organization. On the other hand 14 % each believe that pay related issues and absence of proper facilities what the main issues behind such problems. 12% of the people surveyed in this research believed traditional methods to be the main issue and lastly 22 % of the people identify lack of skilled labor to be the main issue behind the problems in the commercial cleaning company.
The table showing the employee satisfaction labels mainly highlights that most of the people from different departments of the organization where happy and feel satisfied to work for the company. a small percentage of people from department 4 and department 5 were however not satisfied with the services provided to them by the company. Thus overall it can be said that a large percentage of people working for the company are happy.
Similar to the graph of employee satisfaction the above shown graph of use of modern technologies clearly depicts that most of the people working in the organization have positive thinking. A large percentage of the people surveyed believe that use of modern technology can be a game changer for the organization in the commercial cleaning industry. However they were also some confusion among some of the people in department 3 and 4 on whether or not modern technologies help the industry. Different kinds of researches face different kinds of issues and problems. These types of issues create limitations to the research. Such kind of limitations has the tendency to reduce the scope and accessibility of the research. Similar to all other kinds of research is this particular research also faces a number of limitations. The aims and objectives of the research are limited to only crest cleaning company of New Zealand which makes it much narrow and as a result fails to address much broader concepts and issues related to the following. The collection of the data also involved a detailed selection process which was very much tough in nature. The Limited sample size was mainly due to the limitations in the budget of the research. The limit in the sample size also limited the scope of the research. Another important limitation was that there were no search tools that could assess the reliability of the responses provided by the research participants. Apart from this the lack of previous study in the following research was also one of the major concerns during the completion of the research. The Absence of quality papers and studies on the above subject was also one of the greatest hurdles to complete the following research. The collection of the primary research responses are not reliable as because the participants tend to provide Biased response and does not highlight the true picture. Last but not the least the lack of proper time is also one of the major constraints in the research. A longer time period could have made the research more compact in nature.
A number of recommendations can be identified after the analysis of the following report. The recommendations are as follows:
- The management of the company must formulate a detailed plan that will address all the strategic issues of the organization
- A proper and efficient training program should be in place which help organization to provide the best level of skills to the new employees
