Explain areas of knowledge relevant to project management; and
Discuss the many problems facing the project manager and to note the "best practices" being utilised in order to produce effective, efficient and quality projects on time and within budget.
Students from different level like PhD, doctorate, etc. are worries about the output of scholarly research. At present, research centres do not have much exposure with the effect of this they need to establish new updated centres. Developed web application must be involved in the centre which performs over internet (Styhre, & Borjesson, 2011).
Australian National University has the most authenticate research centre who perform genuine scholarly research concerning social media. This project will be beneficial for the company as it provides validate information about the social media.
This project will also be beneficial for the project stakeholder as developed web application is used in this project to distribute the journal paper, publication, articles, thesis, etc. to the stakeholder.
To make this project successful, all the activities must be performed within given time frame of 8 months and within given budget of AUD 50,000 (Wabocha, 2017).
MOV is a tool which is used to measure the success factor of the project and to analyse the project goal. To implement web application is the basis goal of this project. Here are some important area of this project are discussed below:
Customer – They are the consumers of this project and further they will be company’s member. Consumers will be benefitted more with this project by getting information on social media (Allen, 2015).
Operational –Overall efficiency at operational level will be improved.
Financial – The overall condition of Readers lab financially will be amended.
Strategy – Readers Lab operational efficiency and its management will be improved through this project.
Social – With the developing Social Media Research Centre, students from various field will get benefitted.
There are some values developed for Readers Lab:
Better – through this project researchers Lab will get their own identity as before they do not have any (Biafore, & Stover, 2012).
Work more – to work more leads to the nonstop progress in the performance of the operations.
Measurable value Matrix for Organization
- Through this project, customer’s base will be increased. In the form of membership fee more cash will be generated. Per month revenue from present fee is AUD 2500 and expected revenue from fee is AUD 400.
- This project will help to increase the Readers Lab market share from Current rate 7% to 15 % (Creasey, & Hiatt, 2012).
- Another benefit is to increase the quality of publication, journals, research, etc. and target will be increased from 650 articles to 1000 articles per month.
- Now, the number of uploads file by Readers Lab is 200 research and it is expected that it will reach to 500 after implementing this project.
- For developing this project more expertise, researchers, tutors will be hired to enhance the expectancy and efficiency of this project that leads to increase the more customers (Joslin, & Müller, 2016).

To overcome with the deficiencies of project capabilities of issue management is used. Here are some techniques of issue management which will be used in this ongoing project (Joslin, & Müller, 2016).
Issue logs Establishment –whenever any log, deficiency, difficulty rise at the time implementing the project, its activities is analysed and recorded and this process is known as issue log. These details are recorded in the issue log:
