The thesis statement which is taken into consideration is on the motivation techniques that are considered by the managers to enhance the skills and knowledge of the employees working in the organization (Hall and Davis, 2017).

The strength that is analyzed in the article is that the workers work in effective manner if they are motivated by their managers.  The techniques of motivation that considered by the managers enhances or improves the confidence level of the workers or the employees working in the organization. The level of motivation is different from person to person (Nuttin, 2014).The outcome that is achieved by the organization is beneficial for the organization if the employees are motivated in effective manner. Motivation technique is a process which is considered to enhance the working pattern and confidence of the employees towards the work. The techniques of motivation that are implemented on the workers are beneficial for the organization in many ways. If there is enhancement in the level of motivation of the employees then the workers will feel comfortable to work and also will share their views in proper way (Gould-Williams, 2016).

The techniques of motivation have increased the working pattern of the employees. By giving motivation to the workers the objectives are easily attained in effective manner. By motivation there is change in the working pattern, the workers try to put their best towards the work. The techniques that are considered by the managers give assistance to the workers and also help them to improve their behavior towards their work. By enhancing the level of motivation of the workers they can easily attain the incentive, which also gives direct impact on the performance level of the employees. Motivation is a best technique that should be adopted by the organization to attain the goals and objectives in effective manner. In the article the weakness that is analyzed is concerned with the lack of motivation in some employees (Goetsch and Davis, 2014). The workers are not supported in effective manner. By the lack of motivation the level of performance of the workers are affected. So to enhance the level of motivation of the employees the accurate steps should be considered and proper analyses should be made which give direction towards the goals and objectives of the organization. It is very essential to give support to the workers working in the company. The levels of motivation of the employees are enhanced by supporting them and providing them with corrective steps so that the goals and objectives of the organization can be attained efficiently. The technique concerned with the motivation is a strategy that is adopted by the organization so that the skills and capability of the workers can be disclosed in proper way. It is very important for the organization to attain the opportunities that are prevailing in the market (Elliot, Dweck and Yeager, 2017). If the opportunities are taken into consideration in proper way then it can be very easy for the organization to enhance its profitability. If the workers of the organization are efficient towards the work then it will minimize the risks and threats that are in the market. If the motivation level of the employees is enhanced then the possibility of innovation is also increased. Also environment of the organization plays an essential role. If the working environment is good then it can be easy to enhance the level of motivation of the workers or employees who are concerned with the organization. There are many strategies that can also be taken into consideration by the company. The strategies that should be considered and analyzed are sample and population methods, in which there are many questions that are outlined by considering an individual. Also in the second section there are many motivation methods that contain questions. The motivation method helps to attain and improve the working pattern and operations of the business. If the techniques of motivation are implemented and also considered then the organization can easily attain the targets and objectives of the organization in effective manner (Costa, Ntoumanis and Bartholomew, 2015).

Weaknesses of Motivation Techniques

By considering the thesis statement that is based on the motivation strategies that are considered by the managers to enhance the efficiency of the employees who are working in the company. It is also analyzed that the methods that are used to enhance the operations and working culture of the company is effective enough to attain the profitability. By taking into consideration the motivation techniques by the organization it is seen that the goodwill of the organization is enhanced in effective manner (Healy, 2016). The method of motivation increased the productivity and helps the workers to complete the work on proper time. The techniques of motivation are considered by the top management, they only give the direction to the workers. If the motivation techniques are not considered by the organization then it is difficult for the workers to accomplish the goals and objectives in effective manner. So it is considered as an important factor that should be considered by the organization so that the goals and objectives of the company can be attained properly (Chen, 2014).There is many things that are taken into consideration in the thesis statement are that the motivation enhances the productivity and also the working pattern of the employees. It increases the efficiency of the workers and discloses all the skills that are possessed in an individual. It gives encouragement to the company to attain the goals and objectives in proper manner. By motivating employees the positive environment is created in the organization. These all are the points that assist the thesis statement. The main responsibility to motivate the workers or the employees is of the top management or the manager of the organization. If they are successful in motivating the workers in effective manner, then the goals and objectives of the company can be accomplished in proper way (Buble, Juras and Mati?, 2014).

The main responsibility or the duty is of the manager to create a good environment in the organization. Motivation is an important part for the organization, as it helps the company to attain the goals and objectives in effective manner. If every worker or the employee of the organization is motivated the enhancement in the level of productivity can be easily analyzed. If the level of productivity is enhanced then it can be easy for the company to conduct its operations successfully. The technique of motivation of the employees gives direct impact on the working pattern and also helps to disclose all the skills that an individual possess (Adler, Rodman and DuPré, 2016). To motivate employees is an essential part of the company, as it helps them to accomplish their objective and goals in effective manner. The company should also focus on the strategy that is concerned with motivation. Motivation is an important part for every employee who is working in the organization. The talent of the workers can be only disclosed by this technique. The proper way to attain the organization goals is by motivating the employees who are working in the organization. Motivation is also providing training to the employees of the organization. If they are trained properly, then the level of confidence is enhanced.

The study is based on the 229 employees from that 183 are laborers who are engaged in 3 weaving industrial area and 46 are the employees who are engaged in the manufacturing plant. Motivation enhances the working structure of the manufacturing plant. The company should take into consideration the techniques to improve the working operations of the organization. Motivation is given by the top level of management to their sub ordinates (McClelland, 2015). The strategies that are made to motivate the employees are given by the directors of the company. Motivation help to execute the operation properly and also provides the employees accurate direction to accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization. Every company should take into consideration the strategies that enhance the level of operations and motivate employees to work in effective manner. If the workers work effectively, then the goals and objectives of the organization can be achieved successfully. The motivated workers conduct its operations with full dedication and confidence (Demerouti, Bakker and Leiter, 2014).
