The data can be provided to the stakeholders in the form of graph or presentations, but these charts do not represent the actual continuous improvement. The data should be graphed in such a way that it shows the benchmark of the last data i.e. it gets easy to analyse how much improvement is done. With the help of benchmark targets can be set which represents how much improvement is needed. If the feedback will be positive it will motivate people to keep trying and eventually they will improve. The motivation will also help in increasing the performance of the company.

14.There are many ways of identifying the success of the sustainability policy like,

  1. By developing an evaluation blueprint
  2. By recognizing the data-collection needs
  3. By designing a comprehensive data-collection system
  4. By testing the data-collection system
  5. By implementing the plan.

Apart from this success can also be identified by examining the following criteria’s,

  • By evaluating the systems which are not running easily
  • The workforce who tried to achieve the best of the policy
  • Understanding the people who are discarding the new methodologies
  • Analyzing the changes in the strategies
  • Overviewing the new systems and the methodologies(Tillmar, Elg, Klofsten, & Ellstrom, 2015)

15. To monitor the records to identify trends following steps are taken into consideration,

  1. By choosing a limited set of effective measures
  2. By developing the report formats
  3. By determining the schedule for regular reports
