Teamwork is an important part of an organization because it enabled each employee to contribute their best. Teamwork means that employers will try to collaborate through their skills and offer positive feedback along with avoiding personal conflict between employees. It is also stated that an organization can offer the accounting techniques to the employee for measuring the financial performance of the firm. It can be illustrated that the teamwork can help to make a robust relationship among team members as well as the accomplishment of specified goal at less cost.  

Valavanis et al. (2014) argued that a team of an organization is a based on the dynamic structure that leads to making interrelationship between the team of individuals for accomplishing the common goal. The groups are available to produce the outcomes.  The degree of outcome can be different from team to team. The team is measured by their ability of produce the outcome in specified time and cost. At the same time, it can be said that such kinds of a process called the top-down intra team commutation. The team communication can directly influence the productivity of the organization.   

The Importance of Ethics in Teamwork and Communication

In the view of Hartman et al. (2014) an effective team required an open communication at the workplace. In case, the team member of the organization is able to understand their colleague then they can support to increase the productivity. The organization can also make aware to each member about the importance of their performance along with explaining how the employee activity can affect the performance of the company. It is examined that an effective communication can offer accurate information to the team member regarding their responsibilities in the team. It also maintains the team update on the progress of the organization. An ineffective combination generates the confusion among the team members about their responsibility. It will decline the productivity of an organization because the team members cannot accomplish the assigned task in specified time and cost.     

In oppose to this, Seele et al. (2015) illustrated that a team leader and company can make establish the effective communication between the teammates. In case, communication is not operating properly in the team then the organization can use the training and development method. Through training, a company can make good team communication to maintain the development of employee and update them about the new information of the company.    

Team Performance and Its Measurement

It is also illustrated that company can use promotional activities like problem-solving, communication techniques, make an effective decision, and team building practices. These promotional activities are effective to improve the productivity of team member.     

As per the view of Jondle et al. (2014) examined that best communication can support to make an effective team. The effective manager can help the employees to collaboration and teamwork by including the subordinates in the decision making. The team leader also develops their  time management and conflict management skills to eliminate the conflict from the team and meet the specified objective in less time and cost. It can also be illustrated that an effective team leader keeps the standard level of integrity and openly communicate with their team member. It can also be stated that a team member who trust on their team leader and feel respect gat higher job satisfaction along with maintaining their positive attitude. It leads to higher productivity, low operational cost, and improve consumer satisfaction.   


In support of this, Quintanilla et al. (2015) examined that team member who has a positive attitude about their work typically respect the rules and regulation of organization and follow each instruction, rules, and policy that is made by the team leader. It will be supportive to produce a positive output in the specified time. The organization makes policies regarding the ethical behaviors to conduct the appropriate behavior at the workplace. In case, an employee behaves unethically at the workplace then the organization can terminate the employee about their unethical behavior at the workplace. It can support to eliminate the possibility of unethical behavior at the workplace in the upcoming period.        

Motivating Employees to Work in a Team

On the other hand, Zhu et al. (2014) illustrated that effective team leader directs the team member to complete the task in an ethical manner. They also provide an open communication line to their team member so as to employee can be able to free communication with each other. They are also able to share their issues to eliminate the conflict and stress at the workplace. It can be supportive to decline the absenteeism of employees from the workplace and improve the productivity of the company. The team leaders of an organization can also build the positive attitude among the team member to improve the quality of employee work as well as improve the result. They also deal with the uncertain occurrence in the team to get a positive result.

From the above discussion, it can be concluded that teamwork can enable each employee of the team to collaborate each other for accomplishing the specified task. It can also be summarized that the performance of the team can be measured by the produced result. it can be interpreted that the team communication enforced to a team member for communicating with each other to accomplish the specified task. Finally, it can be concluded that the ethics can be supportive to make an effective team in the workplace. The ethical communication can improve the productivity of company systematically.
