The team members need to remain informed about the outcomes of the processes. The information about the continuous improvement can ensure the better participation of the members due to greater motivation. The leadership should follow a free information sharing system with the employees which can ensure high performance. Moreover, it is also important for integrating the process changes with the labor requirements. The processes that need to be established should also incorporate the Enterprise Resource Management systems. The ERM systems will help to integrate the processes that are required to optimize the functions of the Warehouse. The process that need to be followed is for the team leader to publish daily reports. Daily reports will need to take into consideration quality, productivity and maintenance. Thus, the team members of all the teams will be informed of the progress (Taylor et al. 2015). Monthly, progress report need to be provided to the employees. Additionally, the company need to first provide the estimated growth information and tally the same with the achieved growth data. This should be clearly provided to employees through emails and other organizational communication tools. There is a significant requirement to communicate those specific information that increase the motivation of the employees. Organizational progress report should be published. In this case the report should include warehouse performance rate, time taken for supplies to reach clients, stock level increase and number of customers served. There should be clear information about the new transport systems that are introduced and any new warehouse that is opened. These things should be done in a positive manner always reiterating that the employees have worked together for the success.

Team data management process

Data management process are much important in the organization. They ensure that there is proper recorded data of performance across the organizational levels. StorPlus need to incorporate ERP systems within the data management process. There should be clear identification of goals, goal exceeding factors and goal oriented target factors in front of all the employees that work in the warehouses. This means that the resources being used and the supplies being made. There is clear information available about all the organizational processes and productivity. The system need to be optimized to directly send the data to the leaders of the various teams. The leaders will then provide team and individual performance data to the members. The members will have data about all of their performance essentials readily available. The data should be comprehensive and there should be efficient tally of the required performance with the actual performance. The data should reflect the amount of excess production that the employee has provided or the deficit in production. More importantly the employee should be provided further data in regards to the stocks that are available within the warehouse and the contribution of the employees towards the same. Proper feedback process for the lower performing employees can help them to perform better as both their issues and their problem areas can be effectively discussed (Bal and De Lange 2015). There is the requirement of a definite feedback process. In this process the employees can directly talk with the manager, engage in group feedback or provide anonymous feedback to the manager. The opportunities for improvement will essentially be found through both the employee data management process and the feedback mechanism in StorPlus.  The employees will be able to significantly improve their performances as there will be ample scope for feedback and individual growth monitoring. There should be regular team sessions to remove any problems within the teams. The feedback mechanism should incorporate the quality requirements and the performance indicators.

The gaps that have been identified are in regards to the complications that may arise in the process of StorPlus. This is because of the aspects that need to be implemented will be newly introduced. A significant gap that can be identified is in regards to the efficiency of the ERM systems that will be utilized. The company wants to become one of the top retail suppliers in Queensland. This will require a lot of changes to take place in a short time. This can greatly hamper the productivity of the organization. There is also no guarantee that the anonymous feedback techniques will bring forward authentic issues. Additionally, a significant problem might arise due to the different data management processes that will be used. Hence, the major problem will be implemented. The large scale of data needed to be produced will be open to larger errors that may arise. These are the important limitations that need to be addressed in the future.

Subsequently these areas can be properly managed through the usage of the resource management systems. The feedback mechanism will be effective in providing the significant information that are required to plan and implement the various methods that can help the organization grow.

The more important aspect will be the integration and the subsequent optimization of the processes. The important factor that will work towards the effectiveness of the systems and procedures towards continuous improvement will be the availability of information. Information will help the organization to grow and develop continuously. ERM systems will help the organization to plan the resources effectively according to the demands and requirements of the customers. Additionally, the resource management functions can be further used to pre-plan the utilization of the significant resources that will be used. The internal feedback and management process will help towards the better management of the workers for achieving better performances. The effectiveness of the systems will be towards understanding the requirements of the changing times. The changing habits of the clients will be accounted for in the entire process of the organization. This will contribute to the continuous process improvement. Firstly, there will be available information; secondly, there will be the integrated resource management systems to help in the optimization of productivity in accordance of the same.

It is important to note that all the processes that will be implemented will be connected to the various other important processes that comprise of the functional aspects. There are other systems in Storplus Pty Ltd that are also used for increasing functional efficiency of the organization. The processes that the improved systems will affect are knowledge management, performance, quality and sustainability. In a way the new processes will be implemented to help this process. The knowledge management functions will be positively affected as the employment of the ERM and customer management systems will generate a lot of information. Essentially, this information will be disseminated across all the organizational levels. Firstly, information about the customer can be stored in the knowledge management systems the same can be utilized for better management of the resources. The quality will be improved due to the ERM systems contributing towards generating better understanding of the quality requirements. The performance management can be enhanced due to the better utilization of data management for employees. The performances of the employees can be greatly improved through the implementation of the various systems that are in place for generating feedback and motivating employees. The entire process will enhance the prospects of sustainability management. This is because with greater resource planning and management there will be greater scope for continuous improvement. More importantly a sustainable value will be incorporated within the company.
