According to the viewpoints of Han (2021), the Gantt chart assists in gaining the benefit of detailed thinking, with the help of which the schedule that gets created is said to be workable. In addition to this, the Gantt chart helps in ensuring that the right people get assigned to each and every activity of the project (Agudo, Lezaun and Recio 2020). The author further stated that it assists in working in practical aspects related to the project, like the minimum time which is required for delivering the project along with the predecessor that helps in analyzing the tasks that are required to be completed before the start of the previous task (Czahajda 2018). The benefit of identifying a critical path is further gained by the Gantt chart, which is said to be the longest duration of the project, and the same is mandatory to be completed for delivering the project within the estimated time. On the other hand, Saglam (2020) discusses a thorough learning and critical estimation of the business atmosphere where a risk management strategy is to be implemented is vital. The project team will be answerable for planning the diverse aspects of the plan - identifying a construction; identifying the requirements of crucial stakeholders.

 The main objective is to deliver recommendations to confirm this project is provided on budget, time and at a suitable standard. Consequently, it is always better to investigate and estimate a plan at every phase; otherwise, it will result in depletion of time, finances and determinations. • The deliverables that are created at the end of project activities or phases must be monitored in order to ensure that the quality standards are met along with the expectation of the client.
