The report will take into consideration the advantages of strategic planning in Nestle (Nestle, 2016).  There are many products that are launched by the company but also introduced by the competitors like Maggi and yippee (Pandey and Puntambekar, 2016).

If there is no proper planning in the organization than it can be difficult for the organization to conduct the activities of the organization in a proper manner.  It also helps to achieve overall goals and objectives of the company. Nestle should emphasize on enhancing the quality of the products so that image can be maintained in the market.
