According to the findings, it can be concluded, men have better level of satisfaction in terms of working hours as they are mostly working as full-time workers. On the other hand, women are less satisfied in terms of the working hours as part time workers do not have suitable opportunities such as flexible working hours and career growth.

Reflection

Part time work contributes largely towards the labor workforce of Australia and they undertake part time employment facilities for managing work and education simultaneously.
