Result

I will expand my strength by challenging myself to try new things and be open to new ideas. I will improve on my current strength by doing what I enjoy.

I want to improve at being assertive and going after what I want. I worry to muck about what other people think which hinders how forward I am (Dauben, J.W., 2014.

I want other to perceive me as kind, caring, driven and good at heart. I want to be good at things I do, easy to talk to, approachable, a strong team member, and a good person.  

I aspire to be health and safety instructor in oil and gas company who will be solely responsible for the safety and security of the workers in UK or any other country in this manner I will also get to travel the world. See things that will motive and inspire me to achieve my full potential.

I want to become the safety and security personal in the oil and gas field to help regulate safety and security of the workers and the organization in that manner it would be my way of philanthropy towards the society (Dauben 2014).

I will make a difference in people’s lives by being passionate about what I do and will try to make it infectious. I want to help make changes in people’s lives by being a positive source.

Success is happiness and if you are doing what you love in the company of those you enjoy, you have succeeded. Success is measured by personal satisfaction, not the comparison with others.  

The measure of success that will be the most important including my personal level of happiness, the positive impact I have on others (family, friends and strangers), and the legacy I leave.

Success will look like growth from experiences, accomplishment and failures with room for future growth.

By the end of my graduation if I able to land up with a job in oil and gas field as a safety and security filed I would consider it to be successful accomplishment of the desired result (Dittmar et al.  2014).

Target date to review result

Want to learn to play guitar, want to understand learn all about music and how to read it. Want ot understand the concept of nodes and how to use it and would like to understand how music is created.  

Buy guitar, and start learning the different aspect of it both theoretically and practically

I would need external help to understand musical language, quotation and how to read them. I would also need help to properly guide me to how to play it will correct hand grip and strumming pattern

It takes approx more than two years to successfully understand all the concept of musical theory and flawlessly play the guitar. I would give myself the first six month to understand all the aspect of it and would considered successful if able to pull one song in the duration.

It will two years to be flawless in my attempt.

Distinction in graduation

Have to study hard and understand all the concept of the practical and theoretical knowledge provided by the institution

I will need my professors help to learn and gather knowledge about the subject, need to conduct research for betterment of my understanding

I plan to complete the syllabus in due course of time and revise before I appear for the exam for that I have to have ample amount of time in hand to go through each and every topic thoroughly.

At the end of term exam the result will determine the success of the planned goal

 Achieve NEBOSH certification before I graduate

I have to attend all classes as well as study hard for the upcoming exam and be informative about all the practical of safety and security.

Need practical knowledge and implementation idea as well as knowledge provided by the institution and professor combined

Qualifying the exam for safety and security from NEBOSH is though and I would be aiming to clear it with flying colors as my dream is to be instructor of safety and security of gas and oil field (Wlodarczak, Soar and Ally 2014).

Before I graduate

Short-term goals (next four months)

 My short-term goal would be to complete my NEBOSH certification before I graduation with distinction from the esteemed institution and for that I am working hard and fast to clarify the upcoming exam. For that, I have to concentrate fully on the job in hand. I have to have a right time management outlining the different topics that needs to be covered. I want to learn all I could to be efficient and reliable when the times come. I want to gather as much knowledge about safety and security that I can be useful to the organization I dire need (Staub 2013).

Medium Term Goals (next 2 – 3 years)

My midterm goal would be to get distinction in graduation, as it would be the stepping-stone to my future aspiration. I have worked hard to get into the elite institution and so far manage to score good to keep my record suitable for oil and gas industry a distinction in the graduation will be the spotlight in my resume and will give me morale and career boost in the field I want to excel. In addition, I am aiming to get job into my desired industry as a safety instructor where I would be working for the safety and security of the workers and the field (Locke and Latham  2013).

Long Term Goals (following 3 to 5 years)

My long-term goal would be to capitulate on the job to learn all I could and be helpful as much as possible. I would also like to gain knowledge of the fieldwork and would help me harness information about the different guidelines of the safety and security procurement of the organization and the field. It will also give me exposure on the real time situation and would help me to work upon my decision making power. With the overall knowledge I would also like to enjoy my time in the place I work for that I want to earn significantly and would like to live a standard and exclusive lifestyle whenever I get the chance. I would like to travel the world so want to work abroad and get acquaint new culture and food (Green 2015).
